As for the prior warn, you legit did the exact same thing you were told not to do then left right after. ARRDM/NLR is a 1-3 day ban. An LTAP adds 1-2 days onto it. This means the ban should be at minimum 2 days and at maximum 5 days. The reason I believe it should be 5 days is due to the fact you were told NOT TO DO THAT EXACT SAME THING THAT YOU DID BEFORE GETTING BANNED literally like less than 30 minutes prior. -1 for full unban, +1 for reduction to an overall 5 days (having included time already served with the ban). Cool down for raiding the same person is 20 minutes once the raid ends. Cool down for raiding others in the meantime is not a thing and you can raid others with no intermediate cool down.
