This seems like a pretty cool idea, sort of like the Theatre but in people's bases or out on the street. +1 from me!

3 years ago I proposed a similar idea, even with a boombox TitsRP radio station and a radio host job to go along with the station and if no host then it would play static.

 

Last I recall Rubik or Sugar said that the issue with doing that stems from the way the game works externally. It's why theater took so long to actually function because of Chromium. I would be willing to look into the idea with the team again tho since it shouldn't be much different than how theater works.
