Banned for MassRDM protecting base home

Then you didnt see anything, Byonic. My front door was being blasted with explosives and a swat officer was prop blocking my entire house. There was a group of them attacking my base. I absolutely killed people inside my base and in front of my base due to the swat officer gathering a crowd to raid my base. I was defending as my job title is. I was hired to defend the house and I was doing exactly that. On the other hand, I never got a fair representation of my side of the story. When I was sent to a sit by Byonic he didnt say a single word to me. He was the only one there, and I didnt get a chance to explain myself whatsoever. Honestly your -27 reputation speaks for itself

OK then but you still have no reason to break nlr and rdm innocent people not onlly that you can see that the jobs were hobos and other classes that cannot raid not only did you try to kill me you killed others and i dont know if you remember but i always ask why did you kill those people in rdm cases its not my fault you did not respond to staff nor make a ticket if this went any other way you would not have been banned i suggest read over the rules in the mean time and when you come back i hope we can have a good rp experience.

In the clip provided its very clear that their base is being propblocked and minged, you can also see the guard firing out from the door to try and kill them, so it doesn't look like it was intentional mass RDM or anything, they were defending their base from people trolling and nlring them. Did anyone actually report this @Byonicor was it just you? Because if it was just you reporting and it was an accidental crossfire (which it seems to be because he was shooting at someone else just before he killed you) then I wouldn't see any reason to put this past a warn, if that. You can clearly see the base is being crowded by people who are solely there to propblock and destroy their base, so him shooting out and killing you at fault directly after he killed someone else wouldn't even be sit worthy in my opinion considering the circumstance.
Byonic, if you were the only one who reported him, did you at least ask him why he was killing everyone to get a reasoning? If he had no reasoning behind the kills I can see a ban for mass rdm being made, but if he had a valid reason (which it seems he does) then it should only have been treated as the singular RDM that was reported by you, but from what he's saying, you didn't even ask him a question when you brought him to the sit. So can you give us your side of how the sit went down?

i had 2 sits pop up on this dude and when i was at the base i could get out and in while they used there fading doors i did not see any prop block and the thing was as you can see in death logs he killed people who did not having guns or raiding tools out just killed them and yes i did let him explain but he would not comply to what i was saying and proceeded to ignore my opionion on the matter so i gave him a 7 day ban for mrdm because he killed people that was just coming out of spawn.

man i know its just your word against mine but ill still say it, I heard him through my mic explaining to you and him saying to me 'he's not talking to me he's just typing' then I saw he got banned in chat and he stopped trying to explain obviously cause he was banned, idk why this is such a big deal we try explaining our side of the story to you and show u video evidence, hank didn't intentionally mass rdm and apologized, he thought he was defending his base and instead of being told or given a chance to explain he was banned for a week. I wish I had evidence of the cut off while he was talking to you when he got banned. It wasn't really fair to him and while I understand what the logs say you can see him in the video not engaging unless he is first engaged, then after the prop block he went out and shot those people it was to get them to stop prop blocking our base and stop the mingy people and unfortunately the admin got shot.

Honestly this sounds like a mistake in the end, it doesn't come off as malicious. I would really like to see some proof about this not communicating thing. Thats really big for me and anything would help.


As of now +1 for an unban and warn for multiple RDM + the time already served on this appeal
