Report on Dyln for rdming and being let off without punishment after sit

Dyln knows he cant just have his job be racist against aliens to kill them for turning into a prop. He knows that them turning into a prop is not threatening him in any way. He has been known to try and manipulate staff or other players into thinking he is in the right. It is RDM if he did kill someone for just turning into a prop. Since bread was the staff member and based on what he says, I am +1 for giving a warn/ban for this. It is clearly IRDM.

There is both the staff member who took the sit saying "dyln said he killed him for disguising into a trashcan", and then there is also you saying in the discord that you killed him for disguising himself as a trashcan . The staff member also states that you were just writing as your roleplay character in sitland, therefor being non-compliant as he says it was mainly just complete gibberish that didnt add reasoning to the sit, and as you know dyln, there is no rp in sitland. This same style of writing was also shown when you started rambling about random shit in the discord, so I'm not sure how there is 0 evidence when both the story you told ingame and the story you told in discord line up perfectly.

They are innocent until proven guilty, and after it was discussed in the discord with the staff member and admin Green, it was deemed that you are guilty in this case. The full evidence is you admitting it in discord and in the sit which ImBread took.

Your only counter seems to be 'you are bias if you want to punish me for something I know I should be punished for', which makes no sense. You're not trying to defend yourself, and when you do defend your actions and it is used as your reasoning you say it's not valid evidence. Seems like you know that you RDMed him but thought you'd get away with it because he was pretending to be a new player on the server. Also the whole thing about 'no report by me would go through' is just not true, if you made the same report with both the staff member in the sit confirming 'hey it was a rulebreak and yes this is what he said his excuse was in the sit' and the user themself also saying the same invalid excuse, and it aligns perfectly, then yes, it would go through.

+1 for warn/ban -> dyln knows he's in the wrong hence why he has no counter arguments other than 'no evidence' when the evidence has been provided.

The fact that you tried to claim +1ing would be bias is uh...laughable.


You literally admit to a rule break - disguising is not kos - you rdm'd and seems you tried to sway it in your favor to no avail

+1 for a warn at minimum possible ban due to retaliation in the appeal
