I reported him and Its cold in here gave him a warn explaining to him that fearrp isn't a thing here. He also minged a bit in the sit. Afterwards, I walked near spawn and saw him again. He shot at me a few times from spawn while another guy watched, so I told him what was up, and that's when Randy walked out of spawn to RDM again. I tried reporting him right after but mods were busy so it slipped through the cracks.
