ive been sololy playing on only this server on gmod I dont just get o get banned like a fucking retard, I may talk shit to be funny and rp and fool around but i dont go around being toxic to put people down for no reason, i dont see what i did to deserve 6 days, I wasnt even online i was just banned without asking my side or anything i dont know what i did theres always two sides to everything.

I was falsely banned i dont know what the fuck i did, i got off the server no problems and shit. and i get back on after work and im banned for 6 fucking days by the staff member 'you' i dont remeber even interacting with the fucking guy but he just bans me out of nowhere with no fucking proof of anything. ive been on the server for years and spend my money on the server and I only play on this server, I get annoyed with people sometimes and i get mad but otherwise i keep a low profile and try to have fun rping like evryone else, I dont remever being toxic to deserve to get a 6 day ban. Staff really be bringing in their personal emotions in their job and banning people for no reason without a second thought. I wouldnt be making this fucking appeal if i knew what the fuck i did. Niggas just ban me for nothing free me. The server really needs to improve their staff because right now we have a bunch of shitty ass kids who just ban people without consideration on whos right or wrong. I actually enjoy playing on this server i dont get on expecting to get banned so i want to know why this fucker banned me for no reason.

Hey I'm "You" ingame, I banned you because you were being toxic to a user in pms and telling them that you would care less if they killed themselves when suicide wasn't even brought up at all by them or you prior to your message. Not sure why you thought telling someone that it doesn't matter if they killed themselves was perfectly fine, and also not sure why when the guy asked for an apology you said "No you deserve it", and further went on to say you were "having fun" by telling them that they were worthless. Furthermore, you were also toxic in sits I had taken from you prior that day to the people that you called sits on, and from discussion in staff chat it seems you're also toxic to staff members. I banned you because the sit was called and since you had logged offline like a minute or so prior to that LTAP was not included in the ban because you weren't leaving to avoid your punishment, however even if you hadn't left and I had heard your side of things, I most definitely would still have banned because I don't enjoy jokes about suicide at all. The evidence looked very clear cut that you were just being toxic. Seeing as here you've said that you've played the server for years, it simply solidifies the fact that your ban was very much the right amount of time to ban you for, as for a long time player you should more than know better to not say things like this.
