Why were you banned or warned?

Ok so basically I just had cooked a massive batch of the expensive meth and I needed to go quickly so I rush to the dropoff site and this fucking gru blasting music comes up to me and just fucking shoots me then I chase him after try to kill him and he locks me in a house he just made while taunting me with the meth so we do a sit I kill hi m (yes I know it's bad but thats not what I care about) and I get 1.5d and HE GETS FUCKING NO BAN??? like wtf he just gets to walk away with my shit yet I have to sit here over the most strict staff ever. God damn all I ask is I get the 120k off the meth or this mf gets banned (both would be great)

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I just want to be unbanned so I can actually play it was just in the heat of the moment and the gru literally loses nothing from that it just pisses me off how the entire sit is neglected over me killing them literal bullshit

In the future when you are playing meth dealer you should report under this reasoning to prevent further issues however, you can at the moment report him in our report forum for IRDM or RDM considering you have no history of rule breaking I want you to wait out that ban and I want that guy warned for RDM if wasn't already warned. I Don't understand why both parties weren't just warned in the first place.

 

 

 

 

DO NOT Do Violent Thefts (Ex. Player A shoots and kills player B because they are holding a printer. Events like Golden Printer are an exception)

Hi, I was the staff that banned you. This was my first experience of someone IRDMing inside a sit that wasnt MRDMing. I accepted your sit, tped you, and tried to gather details. I bring viptoken collector to get his side of the story, in which you then RDM him in a sit. This wasn't an accident, and I banned you for IRDM. This was my first scenario like this so that is just my reasoning and thought process. I am +1 for a reduction or unban if it was unjust. But from my side it was intentional RDM inside a sit because you were angry. This is my POV of this sit

I feel like this could have been handled better since both players broke a rule, usually if two players are fighting and break rules on each other I tell them they can either both get warned or both go their seperate ways and stop interacting with each other. I also see that Kanye West had New Player above his head, so I'm assuming he had no previous warns or bans. 

Our staff guidelines call for education over punishment. I am +1 for Unban, if Kanye is telling the truth about the other player RDMing him beforehand.

Obviously you don't get a free pass to RDM if someone else RDMs you, but I just don't view the kill in the sit as that huge of a deal, that's where my comment above stems from

I would be 100% in support of an unban if you hadn't intentionally rdmed in a sit. This ban is totally valid, however if the banning staff member wants to reduce it or unban you he can.
