Why were you banned or warned?

I was warned for being Non-compliant

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I was RDMed by a cop and called a sit, my sit was not taken after about 10 or so minutes so I started a revolt for (Cops rdmed me). I was then Tped to the sit area by Jason Bourne where he informed me that (cops rdmed me) was not a valid rp reason to revolt. He then told me that i had to kill my self. I told him I did not want to kill my self (a friend gave me a talisman). Then Jason froze me pulled out a gun and killed me effectively ending the revolt. Then he does a command that said it cancled the current revolt (if any) and refreshed the cooldown. While I was frozen I could not respawn and I was lectured about the rules for a few minutes and after that he unfroze me and let me go back to Rp. I then -rep him for RDMing me in a sit and in my opinion handling the sit in a unprofessional and aggressive way. I was then teleported back and then he said if you want to act like that ill give you a warn. I was then warned for being Non-compliant. Im not sure why I was rdmed in a sit if there was a command to end the revolt anyways and then taken back to the sit after i -rep him.

If there was a command to end / refresh the revolt. Then what was the point of even bringing me to a sit in the first place, and killing me.  I would argue the sit ended once you unfroze me and returned your self(as you can see in the SS). I was only brought back to a sit because I -rep you. I didn't want to kill my self because I had a talisman. Out of the time I was a moderator I never felt it was appropriate to kill a person in sitland.

Most of the time it wont end the revolt and just break it so we have to have yawl kill yourself in console then we refresh the revolt so it doesn't break. I also explained that to you in the sit. I was told by a admin that not to refresh the revolt while one is happening.

What do you mean break the revolt. I have seen mods end revolts with that command many times. You also did not explain that in the sit and just killed me about 15 seconds into bringing me into the sit. I feel like it is unprofessional to give a warn after the sit had ended and only bringing me back because you had been -rep

Id question how long ago an admin told you that and what admin aswell.  Iv not ever seen a "broken revolt" in the years I have played on this server. Ill wait for other staff to respond id rather not argue

Let me just start off by saying I +1 for warn to be removed

The main reason is because Jason got -1 repped, which SHOULD NOT have effected his punishment, which it did. However, Jason did have all the tools he needed to end the revolt, which he should have used instead of freezing sea bear and killing him. The warn for non compliance is absurd because Jason had already dealt with the situation and returned Sea Bear. I find it to be pretty unprofessional from a Senior Mod that this is how the situation was handled.

Im unsure how you would have "accidently" unfroze me and let me go back to rp if i was dead. I may be wrong but im pretty sure you cant use look command binds when a person is dead. Also the idea of accidently doing this was not brought up until now which is a bit odd. as a senior mod things like that should not happen. Also going back on your point that it wont stop the revolt if you use the command to stop the revolt. I have never see n this happen although it is possible that it exist but it wouldn't matter anyways because you said that I would have the ability to revolt again after you rdmed me.

Why? I was dead? this action added  nothing to the sit. Im calling cap on the idea that you accidently did this. You failed to bring this up at all throughout the discussion and only when you where forced to defend your self. Instead of lying in the forms a much more productive alternative would be admitting your mistakes and take the appropriate actions to make it right.  As a S mod I believe you have been acting unprofessional though this event, and even -1 the appeal after skipping over multiple points that I had brought up. As a S mod you are suppose to be professional, collected, and thorough. Bring up the idea of an accident being made all the sudden is rather odd

From the looks of the screenshots, the motivation for the warn was the -rep. There was no accident, it seems to have been finished with and then he let the -rep get to his head. In our moderator application questions, it talks about if someone were to shit on you during a sit and you should shrug it off and not let it affect your decisions. This goes against this question entirely and a -rep has swayed Jason's decision which it shouldn't have.

Refreshing a revolt while one is going, from what I remember when Jeff and I had an issue similar, ends the revolt but doesn't end the timer at the top right. He is correct with the !respawn not refreshing it either. However, killing someone in a sit is not cool no matter the situation. For someone who preaches about professionalism while moderating, this whole situation seems terrible and shouldn't have happened. If someone is refusing to do what you ask, you shouldn't gun them down in a sit and rather kick them. Killing someone that is frozen/jailed/whatever is a bad look in my eyes and should have been handled differently.

+1 for warn removal
