I was basing in PD with the mayor, inside the safe-room the entire session of playing. We get raided, I died, I come back inside PD, and then instantly I leave to grab food for abt 5 minutes and then when I come back, I'm Jailed by Kio and he says I mass prop-blocked and mass rdm, then banned. Now, regarding the "mass prop block" claim, the only props I spawned were props that my friend was using stacker on, but it was in the PD safe-room where we made our defense, so there's no possible way I prop-blocked from up there. And as for the mass rdm claim, Kio said I killed tons of people infront of PD, but I didnt kill anyone for it to claim "rdm", the PD was under a raid and I died, so when I returned back to the PD I got off to grab a snack. The only thing I can assume happened was that someone changed to a similar name, because Kia kept saying "iT wAs iN tHe LogS" but i simply didnt do any of that. Also the admin sit I had had me feeling like a 1500's peasant under a noble, Kia just disregarded anything i said like I was already guilty, and then he called in the guy who I assume called an admin on me, and I swear I have never even interacted with him before. I dont know if I maybe killed him DURING the PD raid, a stray shot, cross-fire, but I most certainly did not RDM anyone, but i never got the chance to know bc I just got banned quickly, it was a rushed sit. Also I am not dissing Kio, it's just that nothing makes sense at all and no one even took the time to look into anything, I like this server and was having fun and was about to get into crafting and that talent stuff, so I'm pretty tilted this happened, and scared this will happen again. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I did not commit these accusations Who warned/banned you? When you came back i explained what was going on thoroughly and asked why you placed a prop infront of PD blocking the entrance and why you were killing people outside of PD. For the entire sit you were trolling, even in this appeal you are trolling by calling me kia. You were extremely disrespectful towards me and the reporting player and i even told you i was gonna give you a chance and let you go with a verbal since you were new to the server but you replied with "No just ban me this server is shit" you thn went on the forums and started disrespecting the server and myself in shoutbox and even got your friend in game to call me a shitty staff member. We do not put up with player toxicity at all during sits and on the forums. You are not here to RP you are here to minge and troll, you prop blocked PD's entrance and killed multiple people just outside of PD and also broke NLR multiple times after being killed during PD raids. Not just one person reported you for RDM/PropBlock there was multiple people calling sits wanting to have a chat with you on why you killed them for no reason at fountain and outside of PD With all of that being said, because of your disrespect and rule breaking. I genuinely was going to support this server that session but then you banned me for no reason. Also I did not place a prop infront of PD, do you have video evidence of me doing it? No. What you DID do was say I was blocking PD, then assume I’m guilty and give no chance to defend myself, and ban me. You didnt bring me to the prop to EVEN SHOW ME, you really couldn’t have waited 2 mins to bring me to the prop that you say I so happened to spawn? no Idk what I did to piss you off in the beginning, but there’s clear bias against me. I did absolutely nothing yet you’re acting so hurt, I was never trolling or minging too, why would I go through all this trouble to get unbanned yet you all auto-assume I’m guilty. Also you seem to like to hide behind “don’t be toxic :D” when in reality you really like to backhand people when you talk “politely”. Every other admin talks respectfully to me and so I’ll talk respectfully back, but from you, you clearly don’t care so I won’t. At this point I don’t know if I should care about getting unbanned because im going though a witch trial right now. What even is this, I did nothing wrong. I just hopped on the server to play wit my friend that night, I didnt expect to need to defend myself. I’m sorry, I’m well aware of how my argument is on shaky foundations right now. One thing I can say is though I was annoyed during the sit as anyone would be when they’re being falsely accused of an enormous accusation, but only when I found out I wasn’t getting any say in the sit and it was just gonna be a ban straight-off the bat. And I also gotta say he never said I was gonna get off the hook with a verbal warning or whatever. I also have good trust in kio that he would let you talk and defend yourself due to how many sits I been in with him !
