Haze_of_dream
In-Game Name Haze_of_dream Your Steam ID STEAM_0:1:75838598 Why were you banned or warned? I was banned for "MassNLR" The issue is that I informed the moderator that the ticket system explicitly states that NLR only applies to raids/heist, Nor does it state in NLR/Terrorist rules that terrorist attacks count as either. I will promptly be reporting the banning moderator as well. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I would also like to mention I have an absolutely clean record of no warns or prior bans , Yet a first offense is a week? I believe Goatnuts is taking this personally as someone with a clean record like me should get a 3 day at max. Ontop of that i also said i would report him beforehand for taking his own sit as a moderator and breaking rules. He also refused to take any sits i filed. ( I filed 3 reports before these two within the clip) Who warned/banned you? GoatNuts How long were you warned or banned for? 1 day but to be extended to a week.

It doesnt explicitly state that NLR only applies to raids/heists, quite the other way around, it pretty much implies that NLR applies to anything, from getting RDM'd to in this case, dying by a terrorist and returning to where you died to try and kill the terrorists Proof: https://imgur.com/a/zMy9RuD "I would also like to mention I have an absolutely clean record of no warns or prior bans , Yet a first offense is a week? " Yes, anything mass-(punishment) can be a week Proof: (taken from the Proper punishment times and reasons post) Quote New Life Rule (NLR) NLR exists. Consider the risk / loss if someone breaks NLR Single NLR: Verbal or warn. Repeat offender probably deserves a warn. Mass NLR: Intentional NLR or NLR involving a raid is more serious and can result in either a warn or ban. Use your best judgement on this, mass anything can result in a 7 day ban. {GN} Isaac
Okay sooo first I would like to apologize for the false ban. I have spoken to goatnuts and explained to him why this was a false ban. He understands and it was mistake on his end. He owned up to it and tbh he is still learning. Rather have him make this mistake now then as a mod. you will be unbanned Have a good day sorry about that ~{GN}
Blue.
FYI you are absolutely allowed to take your own sits I dont know why people think otherwise. You just have to be able to do it without bias. This sit doesn't seem biased but it was absolutely handled wrong and the moderator in question was absolutely in the wrong with their information. Also your attitude in the sit isn't appreciated either, you can handle a situation and be in the right without coming off as condescending or snide.
