@MaliciousIt does seem like you were chasing Shadow around and shooting at him prior to him entering the base so I would assume something was going on prior to this recording & you only bought the doors to justify killing him, which could in some situations be considering loopholing. 
 

You can see by these screenshots that those plants do not belong to you so you can't really say you were basing there before and those were your entities.

mainly just a grasp at straws, I've seen a lot of people just jetpack around placing seeds in those harvest zones. Also when it comes to entities, that side view is actually bugged. I've never really had it show the correct player, always picks a random player.

It's not a good idea to suggest what you think may have happened in a player report, but we should go by evidence provided by both parties. We want to remain neutral to both sides and fair. 

Based on the evidence provided and without any additional context of what happened prior to the start of the recording (aside from Malicious shooting his gun near Shadow and following him inside the base),
I would agree it is RDM if malicious only purchased the doors on the base for the sole purpose of killing Shadow.

Why? 

• We can't see for sure if Malicious actually purchased the doors, but we can see that the raidables inside did not belong to him. This suggests that Malicious had no intent to base there, because someone else was using it to grow their own plants which were still growing and alive. Someone else was actively using that base. 
• Malicious claims his intent was to kill Shadow for trespassing in his base, so he clearly had no intent to raid the base himself.
• It seems like something happened between the two prior to the recording & in my opinion, the chat messages supports the fact that something else happened which caused some hostility between these two. 

 

What I would like to see to be certain is proof from Malicious that he did own that base & was actively using it, either solo or with those players who owned the plants inside, maybe some party / gang affiliation with them or proof that he was on the doors prior to Shadow entering the base. Without that it looks to me like this was RDM & he bought the doors last minute to justify killing Shadow for apparently no reason. As for player toxicity, I don't see any evidence that supports that. For the actual definition of what player toxicity is, you can see this thread.

i’m sure i placed them entities but sometimes when you place drugs it does bug out and go for someone else’s name, i also did base there but i do not have any proof due to this incident could’ve been dealt with in game due to there being a staff on at the time.

 

and i also know Shadowless can verify this fact but he will not.

 

also if you watch the clip closely the names when he goes through the plants do change.

Almost all entities on the server don't properly display who's the owner and remains a random user no matter what. You can even sometimes place a textscreen and it randomly gives you the text of someone else on the server for a split second

I think this report has gone long enough. There is insufficient proof to prove who actually placed the seeds and we cannot presume that malicious did not/ did not base there in the past / bought the doors just to kill u.

 

These things are much better handled on the server at the time and doesnt really have a place in forums unless staff handles it incorrectly. Please do so next time.

 

Malicious will be spoken to about this but will not receive any official punishment. Ill also talk to him about how he should act in ooc...

 

If, a superadmin decides to veto this and can provide logs to show who actually purchased the seeds relative to the time shown here, then punishment for malicious may be applied but this post is to be closed.
