Warning me for RDM because i raided him.

The situation is that I walked into waterfall and I trespassed I saw that he dropped a pickup box with items inside, so i proceeded to kill him and steal the pickup box, right after that he took me into a sit and gave me a warn for raiding him, I don't see any point in this warning and would want it removed and the staff member in question punished.

also on bias i've had previous incidents with him.


they're both friends and he's CP banning him for RDM, and then when I asked him why he cp banned him for RDM he warned him due to me questioning it.

to me it sounds like he was bias until he got caught out, he's not fit for staff in my opinion due to him being a toxic player overall.
also -Repped me before saying this. (he was staff)

There was no base there so no it was not a raid I did not own any doors or have any props down so show I had a base.

trespassing into the waterfall where there is no doors how was i meant to know that you've never had a dupe up, all i saw was you having a pickup box and then i killed you for it, right after that you took me into a sit and warned me, i was in a base, waterfall is considered a base, i can raid you if you're in there.

I’m having a hard time seeing how the negative rep relates to this situation but I still don’t think the player should be warned for RDM if he was unaware of the violent theft rule or thought he was conducting a valid raid. The rules on what is a valid raid should have been explained to him instead & maybe given a verbal. 
 

Warning a player for RDM when it clearly wasn’t their intention to RDM isn’t really fair and does not reflect the actual thing they did.

Well, I did not feel I needed to tell him because he should have known as he was ex-staff. And I did ask him in the sit but he kept telling me it was a raid. so I gave out the warning. and to add on top of that he is not a new player. So I felt a warn was necessary.
