Why were you banned or warned?

I was warned by Minky today, Sunday June 27th. I handcuffed a player named Wilhelm due to his $18,000 bounty, and fined him for it. He paid for his bounty and soon after I ran an illegal weapons check on him according to the laws set up by the mayor at the time. He had multiple illegal weapons on him so, as the law had stated, I arrested him. He then attempted to demote me, for which we both called a sit. Minky got both of us, and contacted Cuntbucket about how to move forward. Cuntbucket stated that it was not allowed to fine for a bounty & arrest for breaking the law afterwards, and so Minky warned me for it. After the sit, I took the time to read through the whole MOTD again, in hopes of finding this rule. Nowhere in the rules did it state that this was, as the warn states, "FailRP", and there is no rule stating that you are not allowed to fine a bounty & arrest for a law break. I believed myself to simply be doing my job as the police role & enforcing the laws, separate from someone's bounty.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

No explicitly stated rulebreak happened, and I believe it to be unjust for a moderator to warn for a police officer to take a bounty & arrest for breaking a law afterwards.

Hello!  after talking to other staff members about this, im still going to deny this appeal.  It was a total of 5 seconds between the fine and the arrest.  Once you fine someone that means the RP situation is over and instantly arresting them afterwards breaks that.
