He said "I've been getting complaints that you have been RDMing". The funny thing was the server just restarted. What I did was throw a brick at some dude and it killed him. It was RDM, but not Mass RDM because I never RDMed beforehand. I'm guessing he just looked in the logs and never actually got somebody up other than the dude I killed. He may have seen kills in the logs because I was raiding as a raider. Evidence: None, sorry. Second thing that i will like to point out is: Pretty sure I banned you Now the thing that worries me is that Hops said "Pretty sure" Right there i dont know if he is actually sure that he was the one that banned or not because if he didnt then all the things he said are false then. Now I know that shouldnt be doubting Hops, but we dont know if he did all those things. ============================================================================================================= Ending: I think that Smashy should be banned still but maybe lower the time because he has no evidence at all. If he did have evidence i would of looked more deeper into this. +1 ban/lower time. I changed it... I was thinking awwwwwww he signed up for the forums and made a ban appeal... I don't think I've met him in game, so I'm just assuming the tone of the application was mellow/wtf why did I get banned... I believe in second chances.... Ok... I am done with this appeal. You can be warned 10 times in a day the warning go away after about 3 hours so if he was on for even 10 hours but did not get warned all at once and was just warned throughout the day he could accumulate probably more than 10 warns but still if he got 10 warns in 1 day he is most likely a massive troll but if the warns where things like not adverting kidnap or building on the street not as a hobo. then he should probably get his time Shorten but if his warns where more like RDM, RDM, RDM, NLR, Killing staff in sit, things like this then yeah i say keep his ban time but i think it would be best if someone could just check his warns if possible it might make it easier to judge if they are being a troll or not. I had multiple sits where you were accused of RDM and did RDM.I had warned you for RDM, NLR(I THINK), and FailRP, multiple times.You have been non stop trolling/breaking rules. The ban should be lowered, because you are a nice guy.The ban should be lowered, because you still intend to play.The ban should be lowered, because I myself, think you should get another chance instead of waiting a weekI'll just wait for Sugar to decide what happens next. (I'm arguing both sides, because this guy is active, fun to play with, and doesn't intend to just wreak havoc, he has some intention to obey the rules.)
