I found a twitter that was linked to Dan McStubbins' YouTube channel (the channel was linked in the custom content CC channel on the titsrp discord itself, that's how i found it.), sent the twitter to superadmins because the content on there looked like CP, also sent the link to Raccoons because he was in contact with a senior moderator at the time and I was hoping to get that staff to help it get to superadmins. Despite popular belief, I wasn't witch-hunting Dan nor were my intentions to make anything public. The whole situation was taken out of proportion by many and was said to be malicious, when that really is not the case. I have also alted several times since the ban was placed, must mention that so I'm not leaving anything out. I would also like to personally apologize to Dan and his brother for causing them any emotional harm. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I had a legitimate concern that I stumbled upon and made the mistake of putting it in another discord where other people could see it, when I should've stopped at sending it to Rubik and KDawg. This was an unfortunate mistake made by me. Believe it or not, I wasn't going to be banned for this until I had blocked dan shortly after everyone was talked to about it, because I didn't want to continue the situation any longer than it needed to go. I have also witnessed some undeniably odd behavior from upper staff since my ban, this behavior being Blue giving Abstergo a warning for publicly accusing me of watching CP. After the warning had happened blue said in a vc with me and others in it that it was a "hard decision", yet it was later revealed by another admin in a forums post that almost the entire staff team voted to remove abstergo from the community. If only there was a way to make someone else go through the same thoughts/feelings i had when i had discovered the twitter on his youtube, there would be some sort of understanding here. "it was genuine cp" also "not that it was supposedly cp, it legit was." Fuel being friends with dan, I'm sure he has also acknowledged this along with some others. These are not the direct quotes but you know what im talking about. Lets also talk about your behavior since being removed. It has been completely shitty, like you've been such a pain since you've left for NO reason other than to be a troll. As for "all staff voting to ban" this wasn't true, around 10 staff including myself voted to perma ban abstergo. (In fact I was the one who made pings about it) Upper staff team had differing opinions and felt a ban may not be the correct decision. I decided to go the middle road and put abstergo on a leash permanently and warn him. The idea that was discussed was that if abstergo got warned, his next fuck up (anything punishable was the agreement made) would leave no room for any complaining and he would be banned. The alts speak for themselves. On one of these alts you proceeded to call fuel a "fuckin fat lil nword" Not to mention you charged back 90$ from the server, then cancelled it (which at least you did that) I'm sure there is shit im failing to mention as well but this is all I have just off the top of my head. Absolutely not dude. Not after everything you pulled. If it was ONLY the situation with dan, and you attempted to properly solve the situation between you two then MAYBE I could have played with the idea of supporting an unban. I knew that he didn't do anything bad. You just wanted him to get demoted and permabanned. Regardless of whether you didn't mean to have bad intentions or not, there still was a motive. The actions you did against Dan were still malicious and honestly if it got in the wrong hands then it could have ruined his career. Not to mention the amount of harassment by other people that you caused to him. You have also been intentionally alting several times since you were banned as well and your behavior has been really bad since you left. You have caused too much drama in the community. I don't believe that you deserve to ever come back to the server or to the community. Your reputation is way too tarmished to be fixed. Honest answer, I figured I’d never have a chance so I just started being a dick, but I know in reality i would like to return at some point. I do admit to saying the deleted ones as well, want to be 100% honest. But I deleted them because they aren’t my true feelings, just attempts to take out anger. Hell, I even got your friends harassing me, and I don't think they would plan to stop either. You have caused way too much shit, and what you did, is definitely unacceptable. Not just about myself, but the fact that you've alted, and completely broke your own promise of what you wanted to do. I want to believe you, but your actions say otherwise. It only became a mistake when it came back and bit you in the ass. Furthermore, you also continue to alt, and on several occasions, harassed members using them. In terms of the other stuff, i want to say that kilo, in my mind, has contributed a lot in the past and has essentially built up credit. Even when he was alting, by the time i found out, i wouldnt say he really fucked shit up really badly, just kinda alted to come on. Im down for second chance and see how he is. Kilo's circumstance is similar to others that have been permed and came back so.. +1 for unban under supervision Btw, if you are staff and voting on appeals, I want judgement that is objective without bias.
