Look, the gif was from his YouTube account and that video was public. I feel like Mark should just be unbanned but be kept on watch for that considering he is well aware of what he shouldn't post now Also pointing out, I have to say yeah, not really the best idea for Mark not to keep up with the rules but at the same time it isn't like he's a regular in the server anymore. Perhaps editing the rule something like "No matter what platform you obtain private information on someone, you may not post it on anything that is within TitsRP unless you have full permission by the user". Sorry for posting while not being directly involved but I just wanted to give my opinion. I don't think that Dan should be replying to this thread at all being that it involves his brother. No matter how hard you try to hide it, you have bias regardless if you're a staff member or not. You should let Dave reply on his own and the staff do their work. Stop replying to this thread; you being his brother might make you think with your emotions instead of logically and normally. Mark should also stop replying to this thread as small replies fill up the thread faster and faster and don't really prove anything. If you're going to reply, make it worth the reply. As for my input -- I was in the chat that night and Mark actually never saw this warning because he posted the image/gif of Dave days after the whole "Doxxing" began. Mark also never even knew this Dave kid and simply thought it was a random gif of a kid dancing in an ominous forest (the background is super ominous and creepy really). As for whoever actually started the hunt to find the public info -- I don't know. I don't know how it got out, but the video he shared are public videos with many viewers per video, and over 400+ subscribers. If he doesn't want the content shown, why does he use the same username, have it public, and advertise his channel? I also don't think Dave saying the ban should be permanent is really mature being that Mark (given he's retarded) was apologizing and admitted his wrong doing. Dave knows nothing about Mark just as Mark knows nothing of him. +1 for unban, but Mark is retarded for posting it 100%.
