I was banned for reposting a gif from a youtube video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fO1fVRwsbZ8. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I feel like I should be unbanned since it has been some time since I have been back in the titsrp discord. I also just want to bring up that I will not be posting the video anymore since it is a bannable offense? But I do wanna point out that this video is public and I feel if people who play on servers dont want their content reposted then dont post it to youtube. I think this ban was unessacary. Who warned/banned you? Unsure but 100% a mcstubbins How long were you warned or banned for? Permanently. No questions asked. My last appeal was bombed by people who were not directly involved and were posting false information. This post was approved by Blue. I definetly think titsrp should be an open and fun server and it should honestly go back a few steps. I do agree with how The superadmins are working on the server but I feel the server should be less strict. Its gmod. Like I mentioned before I will not post the gif of the child that did not want to be in a discord. I would recommend he take it down or unlist the public video. Once again, I have learned my lesson. I will not be posting any images of users faces from the servers discord. I want to keep my youtube channel and titsrp persona separate. Also I do not make youtube videos anymore. I do not have a second youtube channel link in my main channel because I want my Dave the Assaulter channel to be separate. I wouldn't give anyone permission to post pictures of myself without my consent. I do not believe that you should be unbanned. You should stay banned. If Pictures need permission to be posted on the server, so do videos, so I am also against an unban or reduction of any kind. Don't say I gave permission for something when I didn't please. Anyways. Here is the thing. @MarkCX It does not seem you were directly told not to post anything about dave ziggy. There are a couple instances of it being clearly made aware that dave does not want his pictures or videos posted without permission. It is up to you as a user on the discord to actually uphold that wish, if someone doesn't want something of theirs that is personal posted, don't. You have had many chances to avoid complications, and it was deemed at the time that doing this was the final straw, after already having a final straw when you made a joke about sugar that I banned you for. You were given a final chance with no more complications - a half a straw basically. - first last straw Here is when Dan made an announcement on Daves behalf. Dans message in one of the staff chats. Here is your ban (2nd last straw) All in all I think this is a messy situation, you get banned and then a month and some change goes by and you do this. I'm more leaning torwards -1 but im open to discussion as to why that wont be the case. What will be done differently, if anything? What benefits would there be to unbanning you and allowing you back on the discord even though you did break a pretty basic rule. Do you really think posting a video of him dancing on a platform where people can be somewhat ruthless at times would encourage positive behavior?@daveziggy100 I highly suggest you remove or privatize any information you would not like to be used from now on, if you haven't already. Permission was not necessary if the content was publicly available (ie. a YouTube channel). The rule that you much ask permission first has only been a rule since July, 2020. I can see where he's coming from, if the content is available online for public consumption, I don't see why he would be banned with zero warning for sharing. Isn't that kind of the point when you upload videos of yourself online? I just want to point out that I am not active in the titsrp discord. I did not know that this happened. The sugar ban was a complete meme. That ban had nothing to do and I was quickly just unbanned by sugar since it was stupid. I posted it once. I was not told, I also do not have access to staff chats so I dont know how im supposed to see some of this evidence myself *this image you said came from a staff chat Also this is not new I have patiently waited for an unban and when the time has come I made my appeal. I have served my time away from the server already by a landslide. I feel like the brothers are bias and this is being taken too far. I do not think I deserve a ban anymore. Again as mentioned in the old post, I dont know him, I dont dislike him, I just thought it was funny. And i have learned my lesson, even with my opinion in place. I also wanna put something to the side, I did not once @ or message dan or dave harrasing them or cyberbullying like mentioned by other staff members from the last post. It is all false. My first ban that had to do with sugar was me asking sugar if he was a pedophile and if i could join him jokingly no seriousness involved. The next ban was me just simply posting the gif and going to bed to find out the next day im banned. MarkCX Posted March 14, 2021 Author Share Posted March 14, 2021 (edited) To reword my first concern is that I AM NOT AN ACTIVE MEMBER ANYMORE IN TITSRP. I have played for years and slowly moved away. But I still like to come back and connect, im not a bad person im not here to minge. I dont always know all the drama or news going on in the server. When images / memes are sent to me I will repost them. Since I do know now that the rule for posting people from the server is in place I will make sure next time I do not make that mistake again. I would like to also point out that those are my first 2 bans ever from titsrp. In general, including the server, discord, forums. 2 bans have only occurred in the discord due to its hidden rules, for example the pedo drama that happened ended up resulting in people not being able to mention pedo in anyway. Im not here to cause drama and get banned constantly it was just a mistake that will not be happening again. That goes for all offenses. I feel my warn history which is insanley low. can show that I do truly learn from my mistakes. Its on him to make sure that he knows the rule updates and such, and if the content is online, it doesn't mean its meant to be shared everywhere.
