I noted this in another appeal, but steams terms of service says "You may not reveal, share or otherwise allow others to use your password or Account except as otherwise specifically authorized by Valve. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system." This doesn't mean this ban won't be lifted it just means that there's really like no way for us to verify that your brother is the one who did the action, and + that, even if, the damage was already done, so it's super unlikely. What's to stop your brother of compromising your account again and then executing the same hacks? Just some insight for you. Again, no backstory here just trying to provide some insight. This is up to Sugar Tits if he would like to forgive you.
