Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I broke NLR which I admit I should not have done, but the NITRP and LTAP do not make sense to me. I left the server when I got jailed because I was upset about stuff that was stolen from me so I just got off for the day. I did not leave to avoid punishment, rather I left because I knew I would go a whole reboot cycle without my stuff. No intent to RP does not make any sense either because the only thing that I did wrong was break NLR. I was banned for a week and I currently only have 1 warn on my name. I understand being kicked or banned, but 7 days? I have seen so many people do the same thing without even a slap on the wrist.

It is considered LTAP if you leave immediately after breaking a rule or leaving while in a sit.
Keep in mind someone leaving does not automatically equal LTAP, only put it if they obviously were trying to avoid being in trouble.

Examples:

Mass RDM + LTAP defaults to 7 Days

Single RDM + LTAP = 1-3 Days + 1-2 Days = 2-5 Days 

This is from our punishment guidelines. If you left during the sit, especially your reasoning being you were frustrated you lost that's considered LTAP. You also did not dispute the mass NLR and also in our guidelines, mass anything efaults to a one week ban. Considering that you left, I would've dropped leniency on a case by case basis. This is up to tyz, but the ban is valid.

You should of known not to leave during a sit, and should of just waited until it was over to cycle your PC, honestly. This is a very justified ban.

The ban is justified due to our guidelines. I searched your steam id in the ban list and you were actually banned for MNLR, NITRP, and LTAP. The big issue about it is not the LTAP (even though it is an issue none the less but I do understand how frustrating things can be and how they can make you want to quit) but it is in fact the MNLR. You broke NLR three or more times and that is the reason it was upped from a 3 day to a 7 day. The LTAP is because you left so shortly after the MNLR. An example would be about a minute after breaking that rule. I can not reduce it due to the guidelines unfortunately.

I appreciate your time making an appeal but in this case I am going to have to rule this appeal as DENIED due to the ban being justified and in accordance with our guidelines.
