I built in the storage room as non cp when the mayor allowed it, doge skeletor said i wasnt allowed to. So he removed the props, andsince i still had the mayors permission i replaced the props. he brought me to sitland about 15 minutes later telling me to remove the props, even though it wasn't harming or bothering anyone. I then muted his chat cause i was tired of his tts thing, i removed the props, said "i removed them, and then he banned me for a day. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? i have over 25 days on this server and ive built in the very same room multiple times, and i havent been told that i cant build in there as non cp, i could understand if i didnt have mayors permission, but i had mayors permission, i had no entities other than a boombox. and the mayor along with a few cps were in the same room with me listening to music. Who warned/banned you? Doge Skeletor How long were you warned or banned for? 24 hours, but i was told that they wanted to make it 3 days. Doge Skeletor Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 Alright, so to start, you had killed someone who had stepped into your base (the one you built in PD as a criminal CC (PD was also KOS at this time)). This was what caused a problem. I had stepped into your base to inform you that you couldn't build in PD as a criminal, and that you could either become a cop or remove them. You then argued with me back and forth, claiming that I was the only one who had a problem with it, and that other staff had let you do it before. You also told me that you placed the props outside pd and dragged them up into the storage closet, that's also problem causing. After I had told you several times to either become CP or remove it, because you couldn't build and base inside the PD, I removed your props because you refused to listen. I then spectated probably 5 minutes later, and looked at chat logs, where you basically ignored everything I told you and acted in defiance, placing your props again, this is when I brought you to a sit. I asked why you weren't listening to me and you responded with "I'm done with you I want another staff member" You then made a sit request using @ , asking Saiah to handle the sit for us. When Saiah said the same things, you still weren't listening. This isn't true, I was told I could make it a 1-3 day because of your actions, I gave you a 1 day from the start because anything more would've been too extreme. Fuel Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 (edited) So a staff member told you to remove your props in PD because you had originally dragged them into the PD because it doesn't physically let you spawn them in right in there, and you placed it back down after he told you to remove it, you didnt listen, and he eventually deleted it, and now you appeal your ban because you think it was false/too harsh/flaunt of power? Let me clue you in here. These are, in fact the rules. You may not build in the PD as a non CP all things aside because it physically doesn't let you do it. The mayor had also stated pd was kos to all non CP at the time in a law. He can't just make YOU exempt from the laws because he made an RP dupe you liked. Overall, your behavior during the sit + the chat logs that I saw when Doge was checking them while I was in the call and he was streaming, asking for my opinion and assistance showed you were being very disrespectful after the staff member told you to do something, and basically saying "Nah, fuck that, I am doing what i want to he is wrong and I know best" If you believed a staff member gave the wrong punishment or used incorrect judgement you make a report on the forums, but in this case they are in the right so your best course of action would be a suggestion to make it so non cp can build in the pd, otherwise doge broke no guidelines here. Anyway, I am gonna have to -1 this ban, you can take this 1 day ban to reflect on how you should listen to staff when they tell you to do something, they are here to help you. Guest Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 (edited) The issue here is I've seen many people build in the receptionist room with permission from the mayor, some of those people being staff and even an ex-superadmin on countless occasions. Those people were also KOS'd for walking into that room. The only thing that's not a great idea is allowing certain people into PD while it's KOS in the laws. Zorojuro Posted January 10, 2021 Author Share Posted January 10, 2021 i was not made exempt form the law, but the cps that were there chose not to kill, me idk why but it wasnt my doing. and when i did kill the person it was when the props were first put there, i also didnt have any fading door or entities, as well as access to be able to lock the doors, so i wouldnt say its a base. i was also not the only non cp in the pd that wasnt being kos'd. Zesty Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 I know that I am not really staff, but I was online during the whole thing and witnessed most of it, almost nobody was actually being killed from the KOS law, that doesn't exactly mean what he did was correct, but he really wasn't being exempt from the laws, since almost nobody was really being killed from the law.
