This used to be on the server but was removed to avoid having everyone on the server on a CC and will probably not be re-added considering sugar has stated he thinks CC's are his biggest mistake

Nerf the modifying rates down again. Maybe not back to the rates before they were changed but modifying got a pretty big power creep with the inherent buffs to it in the gang update with perks and in my opinion is on the edge of being just straight op in getting good weapons (and some money) for little investment. 

 

An alternative route is to make the rates of enchanting worse for each perk you get (possibly excluding "Knowledge is Power" since it would contradict the buff you get from it)

Add an arrest location indicator for staff. Similiar to show nlr? Would make it great for sits regarding being arrested in spawn.
