Due to the fact that it's an IRDM ban, meaning intentional, I'm hoping there is at least some sort of evidence as to my "IRDM"? I logged off pretty early last night, and played generally relaxed- I played RDM zone for about 45 minutes. I'm also confused with the "NITRP" tag attached to my ban. I have been playing on this server for over 3 years, with almost a year of staff experience, and very little criminal history. I've never come on here to break rules. With all due respect, if you can confidently make a ban for not only IRDM, but LTAP as well - there better be some sort of evidence proving my ban. This is ridiculous. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I will take my ban two times over if it's completely valid :). I got a report of RDM against you by W0ND3R14ND for you killing him right outside of spawn tunnel. I checked shownlr and tp'd to dmg logs and verified that along with him never doing damage to you in that life, he was not a KOS job in motd/otherwise job based kos (Like abomination on a !rampage, terrorist on an attack, pissed baby killing pedophile, chucky killing treasure hunter/master stalker/stalker/picolas cage/pissed baby, jigsaw/chucky kosing eachother, etc.) I deemed that as per my understanding I couldn't find a possible way that you did not RDM him, it was not self defense, it was right out of spawn, and the last interaction you guys had ended in death to the third party. https://ibb.co/4Nd2Xhx https://ibb.co/hmh8xCs https://ibb.co/1XQ7MFj https://ibb.co/4WnpNV7 https://ibb.co/p10Zx71 I honestly don't know what other reason you would have to kill this person. Have a good day sir, I saw you left like 20 seconds after and waited 5 minutes for you to return because I was confused that you RDM'd someone but I figured you like everyone else deserves an equal trial and since it looks like IRDM with no intention to rp and leaving right after I gave that punishment. Also I would like to add I checked your steamid, not wonders so it would give you an equal trial (If I saw someone was damaging you around that time i would investigate nlr to see if it was close enough to the situation to be confusion, but that was not the case from my observations.) If he shot near you, I again did wait for you since this seemingly was likely the case but you didn't log back on so you were still deemed guilty to my understanding. Sorry for being harsh in my appeal, coming off a bad day and this was the last thing I wanted to see. This guy had been driving around in an airboat, purpousely going full speed into me + my props, even taking armor from me a few times. He came up to me and told me in that spawn tunnel right outside of spawn and told me I RDM'd him, I explained to him that he had been dealing damage to me with his airboat, and thats why I blew it up. He then procceded to E menu warn me, which the last time I checked the rule it was KOS. If it's no longer KOS than I am in the wrong. You provided sufficient evidence and I have none, so I understand if this ban sticks. That's my side of the story, though. It's brought new information to light and I apologize for not remembering to check warn logs as those are a surefire way of situation determination. This all comes down to two things. I believe you because your reasoning seems very much plausible, or I contact wonderland and ask him if you warned him and notify him that he can kos you for that as it's a threat to his life, and just unban you. I'm gonna leave this appeal up and I will make sure in the future to be more thorough in the investigation of logs before making a determination of a punishment in a situation.
