I do not think this deserves a permanent ban since this was a one time thing. If I was given another chance I would completely understand any permanent ban. I completely agree with your opinion and I have mentioned that I think its a shit joke as well. Look, I know it was a mistake, you are definitely sorry from what I see and I agree that was a really really really bad mistake, but we can't just give you a slap on the wrist in this kind of matter, people get in legal trouble and go to jail for these types of crimes. We don't look good if we just allow this to slip past us no matter how incompetent you were in the time of the doing such. Just banning you is the tip of the iceberg because other companies would hand this over for a full on legal investigation on your part, you from what I see have the easy way out with just a permanent ban and you don't have to get worse because you could get investigated, potentially caught (for anything related to such case) and jailed for a minimum of 25 years if found guilty by a judge in court. You guys are both wrong. People don't get into legal trouble for this, people make very questionable (shitty) jokes all the time. Does not mean I meant what I said. However, slandering is a crime, and by one of your staff members saying "you were showing your true colors when you were drunk" could be taken legally as well. I made one remark to anyone on the server, this was not a threat its something I shouldn't have said and I have shown examples of "CRIMES" committed by STAFF MEMBERS on the server already. this is an example of bias in its purest form as these "rules" you talk about aren't even in there. The joke was very questionable and shitty but a joke nonetheless there was no interaction after or will there be ever.
