The only time I was RDMing was when I was the grim reaper killing people under 30hp, or sniper people at the swat sniper. I only ever sniped people if they were trying to kill someone else or damaged someone. The LTAP part is confusing because i don't when i got banned so i couldn't say exactly why it says LTAP. I know i did leave after killing someone that was chasing another person with a gun to go watch re:zero season 2 (not a joke btw). Who warned/banned you? Rubik Posted July 9, 2020 Share Posted July 9, 2020 A couples issues here: You said you were killing people under 30HP. Were you using your Scythe to kill them? I doubt this is the reason you were banned but would just like some clarification. You said you were sniping people as Swat Sniper. This is most likely the reason you were banned for RDM as standing on a roof sniping people that are committing crimes is not considered valid RP. First put yourself in the shoes of the players you shot. Let's assume one of them called a sit on you and claimed they got killed for no reason because you were somewhere up on a roof, they have no idea why they were shot because you were not involved in the roleplay scenario. Now to add salt to the wound, you were offline at the time of the sit so you were unable to defend yourself, hence the LTAP (leaving to avoid punishment). I was with my friend Berdsight if you want to ask him questions if you honestly feel like that. I never attempted to LTAP, i don't see the point in it, why leave if it will extend your punishment. I did not even think i will get banned, i left because i was planning on watching something and i was on the server for almost 12 hours at that point (mostly afk tho) so i felt like getting off. And I have no reason why i got off after i killed him, it must have just been when i felt like hoping off and doing something else. I'll tell you that it wasn't LTAP because I know what it's like to moderate a server, you can what someone does and who they did it to, especially since the chat says most things. Doesn't matter if you left to avoid punishment in YOUR eyes, you literally left during an admin sit due to boredom as held self evident to your response. Next time don't leave during sits, unless you cannot control it. The fact you left during a sit and admitted to it is grounds to be considered LTAP. DECLINED you may wait out your ban time.
