Tene Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 Your Steam Name: Yourself Your in-game name: You Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:149067056 Why were you warned/banned?: toxic foo (harrassment but that was name of ban) Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?: so i got banned cause i asked who someone was in titsrp discord and then stated why they called a sit on me, i understand if i have kept on with the situation, talking more shit, pinging them again, etc etc how it wouldve been a fair ban, but i literally moved on within 20 seconds. if rubik banned me because of the ping, and pinging is considered harassment, how many other players have been punished for the same shit? if rubik banned me because under the ping i explained the situation they called a sit on me for (which was me calling them irrelevant, a hoe, then later on a snitch.) then you are no longer allowed to talk about your sits, which i doubt has been enforced. she called a sit on me for harrassment because i called her irrelevant, a hoe and a snitch. while that is barely anything on this server, i understand how it could somehow be deemed offensive and then turn into harrassment, fair enough. I was given a verbal to stop being mean to her and calling her names. Ok. I @ the player in discord because they have a completely different discord tag/discord name asking if anyone knew who she was followed up by me summing up the situation, i then literally 20 seconds later ask for my roles back cus i got false banned before this. i dont understand which part of this is continuing harrassment? a ping on discord? 30 days for a ping? or maybe because rubik saw the first situation and wanted to change my verbal to a 30 day ban? Maybe i was banned because she dmed jason saying she would never come back to the server? is that really the method of persuasion for someone to get banned? ive seen succ use it in his report against og bot dumbass for harrassment, where he states he thought about quitting the server or smth. anyways, i feel my ban was just unfair in general lol. 30 days cause of a ping, or 30 days cause of 3 words. i ask who she is !! possibly due to gender as well but i know that now ive included this it will be used in the denied response Who warned/banned you and for how long?: console/rubik 30day Evidence: did not call her a whore from my memory, did not say i was unbanned to rid the server of egirls and asking who someone is to her is continuing the situation? wasnt warned in game unless verbals are now considered that, in which case if i wasnt banned for the ping and rubik banned me for the situation she called a sit on me for, i was punished twice for the same thing which is not allowed i dont think lol 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You didn’t leave out any details here and pretty much told the story as it happened, so I got to give you credit for that. Get back to me on the ban and we will move forward. You see now how easily your words can make someone want to leave, imagine if you don’t make a change how that will negatively affect the server.
