Severe favoritism, and was told by admin That I did nothing wrong and should only get a verbal warn. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Koda- Warned me ended up hitting 15 warns for 1 week ban Evidence: Tonight we start this Kangaroo court mod sit with this weeb guy calling a sit on me for NLR. The moderator that responded to this admin sit was apart of the same group as the guy who initially called the sit. So its like calling your base partner for an admin sit against the dude who raided both of you. Its just plain biased moderator sit. You can see this with them having the same name. You will also see that I HAVE THE SAME NAME because I was in the SAME megabase as them!! It just gets crazier from here!! "If I am in a megabase, and my megabase partners kill me, Can i return to my base?" They just couldn't wrap their heads around that one. so they needed to call an extra mod and an Admin. Then, a new twist in the story. The megabase we were all apart of, wasnt even a megabase to begin with?! So if it wasnt a base... does that mean the guy who has been killing me was just RDMing me? and There was no base for me to even NLR too? So down to the nitty gritty. The mod on the sit just flat out says. "[The guy who reported this] He has betrayed you." Then says, to leave this sit to a verbal because this is getting too crazy. So you can either go about this 1 of 3 ways. 1) Because the base was a fail base, There was no base to begin with therefore the guy killing me was RDM and me coming back to (my assumed own base) wasnt NLR because you can come back to a spot if you were RDM'd. So the weeb would get RDMx2 Warn, and I would get my NLR removed. (For context: Both of the killings were done OUTSIDE of a house with ownable doors. Just "inside" the entire "megabase") 2) Since we were all in the same party, and the RDMs are OK because we were in our own "base", then I claim ownerhship to that "base" aswell since I am apart of the "megabase" therefore I was returning to my own "base" after being killed. Simply put, If I am killed by my parnter in a megabase, because the base is my "home" I can return to it with no penalty. In this case the guy doesn't get warned for RDM, and I get my warns removed for not violating NLR. 3) Everyone loses. The Mod for taking a sit for someone he was in the same base as BOTH parties that were involved, the guy for rdming me x2, and me for nlr x2. everyone should be reprimanded and forced to be warned/banned. Here is a video explaining the situation as simply as possible with screenshot proof. The only thing i couldnt get screenshots of was me being in the same !party as them. I was in the same !party the entire time and for almost half the sit. They called me and they where not your partners, you have no evidence again that they welcomed you into the base. Then, a new twist in the story. I was not notified by the person until a few minutes before your warn and the end of the sit which he addressed that they didnt even know you. Responces: 1) the base still existed in RP which was invalid but still there which he did not know so i left it alone and warned him for failbase after you got warned 2) No, rdm's are not ok with party members unless they are OK with it, you also joined the party since it was unlocked and just walked into the base thinking that you wheren't going to get shot. 3) He did wrong for megabase, so he was warned, and you where warned for NLR x2. They kicked you out, they didnt invite you, you have yet to show proof they welcomed you into the base. I do not see any reason to accept your appeal And the sit taker was Bm and they gave me the decision to make the warn/ban, please change the appeal.
