Why were you warned/banned?: (Loopholing|Has a class called Hobo with a skin as a cc and is Micspamming||Atempted loopholing of the NLR rule|Breaking NLR).

 

 

 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? :  Because i understand the reasoning behind the Hobo issue, i would've changed jobs if asked but i was brought into a sit by Succ and was told i would be banned for 7 days with it because of an NLR warn that was about to happen because Frisco was raiding a base Me and OG Bot were too. Me and OG BOT were killed and OG bought the doors in front of the base. Frisco took all the entities put them in a pick up box and throw them outside

Gathered all the boxes outside and threw em into our base. All the while me and OG were in our base. We weren't interacting with the entities as they were outside the raid. This isn't loopholing since we aren't breaking any rules, or spectating. We were following the rules. OG Bot even told frisco that we can't go there to get the boxes as it was NLR and we waited for Frisco to throw it in. This is in no way Loopholing. We were even told (the first sit) by Kilobyte that we didn't break any rules. Then another sit appeared and it was said that we were "interacting with the entities" so it was NLR. Even though said entities were outside the raid and the base and on OUR side of the water way. Not the bases side. And personally to me this ban feels really suspicious as it was never brought up as loopholing until if i remember right the third sit and only said to be so during it. I'll own up to the Hobo cc issue but the NLR ban that extended it seems not only harsh but just plain stupid. We were even told in the 2nd we were just going to be warned.

There's also the fact that all of this was talked about in admin chat without any of our knowledge and we were only told what was going to happen.

If it's outside of the raid entirely and not NLR, you'd be okay with him killing you for interacting with his entities outside of the raid? Or is that not how it works?

 

This is one of the dumbest examples of loophole I've seen in a long time and I called it out immediately when I heard about it. The only people who think it's okay is you guys, which should tell you something. We consulted with a superadmin about it as well to make sure, so your ban was done with the approval of 3 administrators and a super administrator.

 

 

You know that only hobos can micspam, yet you did it on your CC. You attempted to avoid getting in trouble by trying to trick people into thinking you are a hobo. You actively knew every time that what you're doing is against the rules but continued to do so otherwise. You were warned to stop in a sit and continued to do so.

 

 

I am -1 for this appeal. You have to follow the rules too, and just making it look like you're following the rules isn't going to be enough.

You realize those entities were in a pick up box and were in our base, and afaik didn't open them. Frisco threw the boxes into our base while the garage door was open. This would be a different story if we came to the front door of their base picked up the boxes and put it in our base, but we didn't. And im not going to argue on the Hobo part.

i was banned for 5 days by taking part of this, we did not interfere with the raid after we had died, i simply owned the base across, and frisco punted the boxes into the base, we didnt help carry or move the boxes, so i dont see how this is NLR

What do you mean by "We didn't help move them"? I saw you carrying a box with your gravity gun and you then proceeded to eat one of them on the way to wherever you were going in industrial.

All I can say to this is that you were caught attempting to loophole our NLR rule. As for the rest of your ban peepoo. You already said you understand. I will be denying this and moving it to the appropriate area
