I took the consequences and didnt appeal cos i felt horrible and stopped playing games for a while and focused on myself as a person and i became more respectable and chilled out. I'm ready to come back to the server and play with everyone and hang out and rp. This appeal is a apology to the victim and to the people who were cool with me that i am sorry for what i did you trusted me and were cool with me and i did something horrible. Im sorry everyone, im hoping you all can forgive me. I feel like your punishment was definitely one of the harshest and those that we have not punished so harshly have not caused any problems, so I'm willing to give the okay for an unban on my end. Fix your stuff with everyone else, and you have my graces for a second chance. I was unaware that you had decided to issue a charge back to the server. To be clear, our ToS clearly state that all donations given are that. Donations. Any charge back issued is false. Issuing a false charge back is a violation of US law, most (all?) state laws, every major cardholder agreement, Paypal ToS, and our ToS. Why do you believe your actions at the time were the correct ones to make? Why did you perform the actions that you did? What have you done and what are you doing to resolve your illegal (breach of contract and agreement/scam) actions currently?
