b]Why are you reporting said player? abusing an exploit. There is a glitch where after sitting on something then standing up and immediately crouching, you will be stuck in the sit animation but are able to move. You must remain crouching for it to work, knowing this i know this wasnt just an oversight on their behalf. This report is being made for two reasons, he kidnapped me while in the bugged form. I attempted to work this out in ooc without a sit and for some reason he was very adamant on me making this report. Below will be our conversation after this occurred as well as the infraction itself. I didnt take this too seriously, but after seeing his reply to being caught i felt as if this report was needed.

Well this isn't looking good for Reiko. I'm going to allow him to respond before we come to any conclusions here but as of right now it's not looking good.

This model should not be able to kidnap in the first place so I will address that issue in the meantime. By the way, what did you mean by "the health thing"?

I apologize, i assumed you could take a joke but it seems like youre not the type to have fun. Im sorry. 

Now I dont want to throw anyone under the bus but:

1. its not an exploit. Its been a thing for years and we do it for memes. I would argue its even worse for kidnapping scenarios than normal; you cant run and theres nothing u can do afterwards. In the same situation, if i were to run behind u and knock u out, I would be able to as it seems like you were afk standing there or just simply baiting me to kidnap you. 

         a. its not like the hitbox non existent, your buddy there oneshotted me by spraying the area.

         b. Now for the goose yes itsa bit smaller but I could've used a diff model and you would say the same thing.

2. I am playing well within what is allowed of me; being allowed to kidnap.

         a. Small models such as these already spawn with reduced health. It's been balanced.

I didnt bait you, i had actually tabbed out due to getting a notification and im not denying i said these things, also im not sure why i left out some logs, i was kinda in a hurry but its not really relevant to the report. And to be 100% honest i would NOT have accused you of exploiting if you did this with any other single model. I dont really appreciate you trying to justify these actions but at the end of the day this wasnt a huge issue, you werent using it as a way to gain anything. Your responses to me in game seemed like you were downplaying your actions. If staff decide to issue a punishment i would like to ask for it not to be severe.

In my opinion this “exploit” has more disadvantages over advantages. Yes it is a bug and he was using it but I wouldn’t classify it as a long ban for an exploit. I mean he kidnapped you while you were tabbed out (or so i read) which technically could be fair game. I’ve known of this glitch for a while and it’s not too rare to see on the server. I just don’t think it’s bannable since it gives no competitive advantage and isn’t very game breaking in my opinion.

Wait, watching over the streamable again I realized this really isn’t an exploit and is just the model. I don’t know why that model can even use a bludgeon but it’s kinda fair game. That model sticks through the ground which crouching

I dont think you watched the clip, this is clearly an "exploit". Tabbed out or not makes zero difference. This isnt fair game lol when hes so far in the ground you cant even read his name. And i never get kidnapped, wanna know why? i watch my back at all times. I didnt see this coming nor could i even see if he had anything in his hand. IF you did watch the clip then your response just seems like youre trying to cover for them.

 

EDIT: i see your new response, but please look over all available evidence next time before coming to a conclusion. This is 100% an exploit. I dont see your logic here.  Im not sure how to put an actual picture here but if you dont consider this  ( https://imgur.com/a/0fUwEG6 ) an exploit then im not sure what an exploit even is bud. And no he was not simply crouching, he used a sit bug to achieve this.

That is a ridiculous statement; no offense but that seems very petty. Very mixed feelings on this report, on one hand; I honestly dont think its a huge deal. On the other hand, it could be something somebody could exploit, simple fix in my eyes. Dont allow shit models to kidnap, the health on that goose is already completely rp-handicapped. Reiko should NOT continue his behavior obviously. But people have been having issues with small models kidnapping for a while now. Just my 2 cents.
