That gives almost no time to react unless he was staring at chat the whole time, plus it was obvious the FPS would've made it difficult however the FPS cannot be an argument though. Dr Bright Posted April 16, 2019 Share Posted April 16, 2019 ok so sorry for not responding quick, but i think me killing him was justified, i warned him 3 times with my bind and before this i told him to go away, he was annoying me in my casino and being salty about the fact i raided him, i personally don't think i did anything wrong here. It was a public gambling stand. i was there for less then a minute, and i tried to resolve it after and he responded with "go to Titsrp.com". I did not plan on reporting him but instead of resolving it, he decided to avoid speaking to me and told me to take it to the forums so here i am. I see 3 different roleplay situations and NLR ends at the end of each situation (No proof here so why even argue about it?) The evidence doesn't support any report you'd file for RDM What I saw from the video was you going back to Dr Bright after he killed you to continue talking to him about how you dislike him and then him warning you 3 times (1 sec apart at least) to get away from his gambling stand. so what are you reporting again? noone broke any written rule on that video of yours. Nothing against the rules to warn 3 times and have 1 second break between each warn. + why are you reporting Dr Bright? I could have been more specific when making the report. And I believe it was RDM because 1. It was a public gambling dupe and I was there’s for less then a minute. 2. The warns we’re extremely quick like he was spamming his key so i had no time to react. 3. I never continuously went to him talking about how much I dislike him. Focusing on the RDM side of things as mentioned by Sal above, I have come to the conclusion that this wasn't RDM. Bright asked you to leave, and you stuck around to talk (we can't hear your audio). The issue with Bright is that he never asked you to leave the second time, he just warned out of nowhere. The time between warnings was fine however. So, I will be Accepting this report, and I will be speaking to bright about making the person aware you want them to leave before warning/killing them.
