Why were you warned/banned?: I was banned for "minging and making false votekicks and being tols multiple times"

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I should be unbanned because I was "minging" by having fun with shardmario and wantednearby in spawn and then I votekicked him when he couldn't respawn after his sit was denied and he said in discord that it was denied for no reason, I had made a false votekick on myself about an hour before which kicked me, but I was kicked again for trying to help shardmario, I then decided to go to bed and the next day i try to log into the game to being banned for 7 days. I didn't get a sit, I was kicked which made me not think i needed to save my recording and I was banned after the fact to what I can only believe is a pre-meditated action to avoid a ban appeal with evidence, why else would someone kick a person without a sit or talking to them and then banning them after the fact? In summary I was banned for having fun with my friends and talking about it in ooc and then banned after being kicked (double punishment) . 

To be clear the only sit that was sent during this entire period of "minging" was shardmario wanting to get force respawned when he couldn't spawn (which was instantly denied)

You were asking for staff because shard was "abusing" as a prop, then you insulted me when i went into general chat on discord. I dont think you needed to be banned but I ignored ShardMario's sit after the fact you and shard insulted me because me and 2 other staff assumed he was just continuing to fuck with staff.

To be fair you were 100% minging with the staff, you called 3 votekicks before the first time I kicked you in which I literally said "stop", (I'd like to point out that there was only one sit made for the asking of a forcerespawn) you the come RIGHT back and make 2-3 more votekicks without making a reason for these votekicks. From there you averted (in between all of this) "Can you guys forcerespawn shard he's stuck in my base" several times. I said no each time but one of these times a Moderator actually went through with it. In doing so you continued asking for him to be respawned and then you made more votekicks later after that. You had no intent to do anything other than minge the staff that were on. I didn't do a sit because after I kicked you the first time you came right back doing the same stuff. I kicked you again and right after you were banned you had intention on playing more because you were in the call for another 5 minutes after you were banned (I know this because I was in a separate call with a Mod at this time who kept track of that. (Saying you went to bed and then magically appear the next day was a exasperated lie that you made for leverage in the appeal) All in all THIS was went down. Legit, I believe the ban should exist but since I 'kicked you with malicious intent' I will be removing your ban since I think this reply is all that is needed from my perspective I hope you have a great rest of your night. The ban appeal is ACCEPTED For the record what you did was abusing VIP this will be moved to a verbal warn next time will result in removal of VIP of up to a week, in the meantime of which you buy it back within that week you will then be banned for the actions.
