The Herbalist Posted January 17, 2019 Share Posted January 17, 2019 Aight, I was shown evidence of the player calling another player "nibber" as well as saying "whos the nibber who placed these trees". I also received a sit for RDM. Deathrayjj called the player a retard once and got killed for it (player did not warn him, and death did no damage). When questioned about this the player lied saying he said the bit about the trees, but he never called a player that (he was lying as I'd seen the footage). So i banned the you for 24h for lying to me, racism towards other players and RDM. The main reason you were banned is for lying to me. I'll see what other staff think before I give my opinion on whether you should be unbanned or not. I personally don't care if you've donated $500. The only reason you made this appeal is because you don't think there is a video of it. Sorry, but you're wrong. The entire event was caught on stream. I notice a pattern among your bans, and I'd have to say you are lucky you ran into Herb. I would have banned you much longer.
