Why were you banned?: IRDMx2 / extended for Ashless

Why should you be unbanned?: I gave the police proper warning and no one responded, and one of them was a friend and I messing around

 

Who banned you and for how long? Jack Johnson  (STEAM_0:0:88220993) [banned for 3 days]

Why was I banned for three days? The second guy I killed was a friend in my party and we were messing around. And the reason I killed the first guy was because I literally told the police in a civilian call that I was going to be an active shooter. It was me literally going with RP and perfectly within the bounds of it being reasonable. Was me killing him RDM? Yes, but I also had previously called it in and the police had proper warning. In an active shooter situation it's supposed to be random and it should be taken care of by the police even more so that I made it aware that it was going to happen. I even asked if I had to advert with no response. I knew I had to say something but I didn't know how to go about it. So I did it in the way that it would work in the real world. Let the cops know and then continue on with it. The sad part is I asked for clarification through the (OOC) with no response and I also offered to give his stuff back to compensate, along with how long the ban would be and why. There was no response from the Mod or the other guy. I find it unfair that I was banned for three days on top of the other guy is a friend of mine and we were messing around.

Even when it was one kill and the other was a misinterpretation? The other person shouldn't be counted because he could tell you himself we were messing around. And I was not a Terrorist, I was a bank hiester at this time. Thank you for clearing that one up. Where would I find that in the job list? I understand if you can't take away the ban but is there at least a way I can get it shortened since it was one guy that I had killed?

I have screenshots and a recording but it was "too large" to add in here. Which means I would have to upload it to YouTube to give you guys a link. This isn't to mention I only killed one person then asked in (OOC) and no one even replied. I decided to stay in the area anyways because I couldn't drop my weapon given the type of gun it was and so my friend and I were talking crap to each other and then I killed him in return and the mod counted that as part of my RDMx2 when my friend will tell you it was a joke.

I'm pretty sure it's Ashless who banned him, and Jack is the one who extended it,

so Ashless is the one who needs to be called.

I've spoken to Ashless and they are willing to reduce your ban, however I reached out to Jack and Ashless for comment on this and neither responded so I will be unbanning you now. I'm sorry for the delay.
