Why were you banned?: killing pedophile moderator "Spidy" as the baby who's profession is to seek and destroy pedophiles. While he was not explicitly the pedophile "job", he was playing as an anime girl named "Hentai", which I deemed to be sufficiently pedophillic. In my haste, I slew him with a crowbar while shouting battle cries, without first assessing the fact that he was a moderator and a babyrage-prone weeaboo at that, and in turn he would swiftly ban me without trial nor negotiation.

Why should you be unbanned?: I have committed no wrong. Spidy is, in fact, a massive pedophile. 3 days for an single RDM? At the very least I would like a separate, non-pedophile moderator to be the judge of this case, and their sentencing I shall accept.

Uhm. This ban appeal is ridiculous and completely mingy. If you would have a look in our Punishment Guidelines  Then you will be able to find that...

 

 

Proper punishment times and reasons.

 

Falsely killing someone (RDM)

• If on accident usually a verbal warning would be given unless it could have obviously been avoided, in which case a warning would be issued. For example, if the offender failed to read the rules.
  
• If on purpose but had a false reason than up to a warning can be given, we all make mistakes.
  
• If the RDM was intentional then a 1 hour - 3 day ban can be issued
  

• 
  - If the player is RDMing for false reasons and is asked to stop (ex: Revolution is over but still killing CP) the ban should result in a 1 hour - 24 hour ban depending on the player's attitude- If the player killed the person for "Revenge RDM" because they are angry they lost then it should result in a 24 hour - 3 day ban depending on the player's attitude- If the player killed the person for no reason but to just kill them, a 3 day ban should be issued for "No Intention to RP"
• Mass RDM intentional or not can default to a one week ban. (ex: Does not advert PD raid and kills 3+ players and doesn't want to apologize and man up to his mistakes)
  
• Mass RDM with NITRP will default up to a one week ban (ex: Someone joins, instantly goes bounty hunter to shoot everyone on the street and LTAP when they are jailed)
