I think you were both in the wrong here, Corp was acting a little bit stupid, but it probably was because he was mad. Major you could have done a lot better in this sit yourself and told him why he could have killed him and why the sit wasn't valid, instead you played along with him and you and Trumps Tower kind of teamed up on him. I mean was there really a good reason to do a countdown and ask him a new rule? It would have been much smoother if you returned Trumps Tower and told him he could kill him if he warned him after following, then returned Corp too. There was really no reason to ban him for 7 days that is really ridiculous, you are supposed to educate players not ban them for not knowing every single rule in the MOTD. Since he has already been banned for a bit, I would reduce it to a 1 day ban or just unban him altogether. That is just my reasoning though.

All this is right now is "he said this, he said that", Corp if you have any evidence such as video please post it.

Both of you are in the wrong in some sort of sense.

 

Major why did you not take screenshots of chat and paste those if you knew he was going to make a report/ban appeal, and why would you instead copy every log and put it in pastebin instead of just screenshotting the logs?

Major you also had no proof that Corp was following Trump, so why did you ban him for something you had no evidence of?

He deserved to be banned in this scenario because he was INTENTIONALLY trying to get someone banned even though they didn't break any rules. He was looking to get someone banned which is quite malicious to be completely honest. 

 

You ADMITTED to following the player, and after he warned you and he killed you, you called a sit even though you knew you were in the wrong. The sit would've gone 100x smoother if you weren't being a complete minge during the sit, every time i would say something you would call me wrong, or completely disregard what I would say. All you did was say "DO NOT warn people for general actions such as walking down the street, looking at them or being near them" Over and over again like I didn't know the rule straight from the MOTD.

 

I told you that you to take some time to read the MOTD and you told me "No, I read every single changelog buddy" or something along those lines.

 

At the end as a joke I quizzed you on a NEW rule that was recently added to the MOTD to test your "knowledge" on the MOTD and the changelogs that come out frequently. You didn't answer it so i assume i was right because you didn't say anything at all during those 10 seconds :)

Alright. I've seen enough.

 

Major is telling me he was originally going to give you a 24 hour ban, but you then just kept spurring off. I understand that weren't too sure about a certain rule and that's fine, but if you're just go on and on saying that you're right and when the staff member is trying their best to let you understand. You PMed me on discord asking me this: http://prntscr.com/lh4d9o to which I responded with: http://prntscr.com/lh4dfl and then we both began speaking to each other about the rule and it came to the point to where I told you to appeal the ban. 

 

Now, I am going to be real with you, this really shouldn't have warranted a 7 day ban. Sure, you acted a little "toxic" in the sit, but this definitely would not go all the way up to an entire week. So here is what I am going to do.

 

I am going to unban you. Major was going to keep it at a day ban and it has been a little over a day so yes, I will unban you and let you play on the server.

 

To keep things clear: I went over this with Major and he is okay with an unbanning. No punishments will go to him, though.
