I rdm'd a guy and these two people walkewd up and said perma ban me because I mass rdm'd when I only killed one person, and then this guy said DDos me and I was like yea DDos me, and then the two people who accused said I'm gonna Ddos the server when I didn't even say that, and the funny thing is the Blakec even typed in chat "I CAN'T HEAR", then I tried to explain it to him what I said, but then Blakec just took their word for it and permabanned me. Who banned you and for how long? Blakec Perma ban Evidence: None. I wasn't recording. Since I got no evidence, I don't care if you unban me or not. I'd probably understand if you believe your staff over me, but the fact that he permaban someone off of another player's false accusation just makes me laugh. Rubik Posted October 25, 2018 Share Posted October 25, 2018 You were banned for DDOS threats over voice or through text chat? I checked your logs and I don't see any text chat from you. I'm assuming this was over voice but without any evidence from the two accusers I don't see how this is a valid ban. Innocent until proven guilty, that's how it works right? Let's see if anyone involved can provide any solid evidence. (I am not involved I'm just providing my opinion on this. Heartless Posted October 25, 2018 Author Share Posted October 25, 2018 This was over voice chat and someone who was accusing me said "Ddos him" or something to which I replied yeah "Ddos me", and then he told Blakec that I threatened to DDos the server to which Blakec even claimed that he didn't hear in text chat. Then the two players encouraged him to perma ban me, and so did I because if that's how this server bans people then I guess I'll just take the ban. Buckell Posted October 25, 2018 Share Posted October 25, 2018 Me, Alphaz and Blakec were having a fistfight near spawn and he walks up and joins. Alphaz then kills him because he didn't want Heartless in the fight. Heartless then came back two times and tried to kill us with a shotgun. After that I jailed him and when I walked up to him he threatened to DDOS via voice chat. Jeffy Posted October 25, 2018 Share Posted October 25, 2018 Here's the full story: Blakec and I were fist fighting when Heartless joined in and started punching both of us. I pulled out a shotgun and killed him for interrupting us and hurting both of us, he comes back twice with a shotgun and tries to kill me for me killing him first. Blake then jails him for MNLRing and he said he's going to hit me off, Buckell and Macaronijones were there during the whole thing. When he threatened to hit me off, Buckell and I told Blake to ban him because DDOS threats are and can be punishable up to a maximum of a permanent ban.
