Yeah, this would be helpful for those that know the game and don't want to hear annoying stuff all the time.

What this would do is make every gang the same, and everyone would want to join the highest lvl gang. Without gangs having to choose Talents for everyone, no one would make a new gang because it would serve no other purpose other than a different name, starting gang wars, and owning a gang. Overall I think this is a bad idea, but mabye instead of talents you could have your own personal talents such as North I believe has already talked with sugar about this and the issue is if you spend enough time grinding you could be OP at farming any kind of thing. For example if you farm 1k chem barrels every day you could theoretically get a chem barrell as soon as it is placed upon the hose if the perk is "Your chem barrels take 30 less seconds to fill". A way to stop this though would be to add in a cap for your STR/DEX/INT/LUCK. Overall if something like this is added it would be a cool thing and more things for older players to grind/play for.

I had this and rerolled it so I got all 4 and I lost 1 mil, I was going to reroll only 3 of them and I lost one so I had to reroll all, please fix

Personally I agree with this, but other staff members think that TMod is the learning phase and if they are bad just get them out The issue I see with this is that people can have a bad experience with said staff members BEFORE they are demoted This leads to the question of More staff to take more sits at a worse quality or Less staff to take sits at a better quality My take on it is that to become staff you should have a minimum of 100 hours in the server and be known by the server to a certain capacity to be considered a regular I have spoken before about this with other staff members but most agree that tmod should be the learning phase and it is ok for really anyone to get as long as they don't mess up too badly and don't minge

I would say remove The Supplier job and make Self Supply against the rules, but that would just make people angry. I feel like the server is good the way it is in the sense that no matter who you are you can get a gun quite easily. Buffing gun damage would be nice, as of now I don't really see a Meta for guns besides legendaries and talismans. Making a Meta and changing it up every few months would be cool. Would make everyone have to learn how to use the new Meta and if new players see everyone using a certain gun they will use it.

I already see it a little difficult to cuff people without insta cuff perk Without insta cuff its more balanced but I spend more time basing like a gremlin so I dont have much more opinion on this subject Also it makes more sense to rush for an arrest than shoot them because its easier, also most people have a mastersword to run away as well I also see more cops shooting back than cuff rushing People only cuff rush if they have a bunch of CP perks (TheDD) Overall I think CP are balanced
