You start out with three quests as a new player. You get +1 medium quest for becoming VIP, +1 medium quest for unlocking the "adventureawaits" perk, +1 easy quest for unlocking the "extraeasy" perk & any additional number of quests you unlock in the Suga Shop (F4). You also get a random lightning quest every 20 minutes or so.

Hey Cob, so without knowing the name or command for your CC I can't confirm exactly what the issue is, but basically when you buy custom weapon perms from the CC editor, if the owner of those perms goes inactive, they are removed and you will be given an option to refund them. This also applies to playermodels. It's possible that the reason they are no longer on your CC is because the owner went inactive.

I think if you go to the cc editor and hover over the model it'll tell you if it's a cop model + if it has reduced HP or not. Also if u right click the model it will give u a link to message the owner.

If you have quick sell enabled, you will see a new box to the left. If you drag items out of your inventory to the left side of the inventory panel, that's quick sell. You can always turn it off if you want to free up this space.
