TERMS OF USE Last updated: June 24, 2022 0.1 AGREEMENT TO TERMS To use any of the services we provide you must be 13 years of age or older. You agree that by accessing TitsRP.com, our game server, or any other services which we provide to you, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of the following: Terms of Use Privacy Policy Forum Rules & Guidelines DarkRP Server Rules Online Shop Terms 0.2 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES By using any of our services you agree to be bound by these terms and will refrain from any of the following activities: 0.2.1 Systematically retrieving data or content from TitsRP.com or our server to create a collection or database of data for any reason. 0.2.2 Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords. 0.2.3 Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of TitsRP.com and our server. 0.2.4 Harass, abuse, or harm another person using any information obtained from TitsRP.com, our server, or elsewhere. 0.2.5 Use the support services improperly, or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct. 0.2.6 Use TitsRP.com and our server inconsistently with any applicable laws or regulations. 0.2.7 Advertise or offer to sell goods and services on TitsRP.com and our server (unless otherwise permitted in the 'Player Services' discussion forum or 'player-services' Discord channel) 0.2.8 Attempt to upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other materials that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use of TitsRP.com and our server. 0.2.9 Use scripts, data-mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools to send comments or messages. 0.2.10 Sell or otherwise transfer your profile on TitsRP.com or our server. 0.2.11 Interfere, disrupt, or create an undue burden on TitsRP.com, our server, networks, or services. 0.2.12 Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our users or staff. 0.2.13 Bypass measures of TitsRP.com and our server designed to prevent/restrict access. 0.2.14 Use TitsRP.com and our server in an unauthorized way (collecting usernames, email addresses, of users for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses). 0.2.15 Use, distribute, or develop software, tools, scripts, or modifications that provide an unfair advantage, exploit the game, or disrupt the regular gameplay on our server. A violation or one or more of these terms may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your account. If you do not agree with all of these terms of use, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and you must discontinue use immediately. 0.3 EXPLOITATIVE CONTENT 0.3.1 We have a zero tolerance policy for grooming or predatory behavior. Content that depicts or disseminates child abuse, child nudity, or sexual exploitation of children in digital or real world format is prohibited. 0.3.2 Exploitative content, whether it's reported to us or detected through automated content moderation methods such as chat-filters, AutoMod, etc. will be removed and the account will be terminated. Additionally, we will report cases to NCMEC and law enforcement as appropriate. 0.3.3 This includes discussion of exploitative content, both publicly and privately through private messages, name calling and accusations without a proper report and evidence. 0.4 CUSTOM CONTENT Custom Content is defined as anything that is added to the server for players to use on their Custom Class. This includes but is not limited to - playermodels, SWEPs, sounds, and materials. Before purchasing any Custom Content, you must agree to the following terms and conditions: 0.4.1 Custom Content will not provide any roleplay or PVP advantage. All custom weapons will be re-skins of weapons which are already in the server ('base weapon'). 0.4.2 Purchasing Custom Content does not grant you any special perks or benefits on the server, it is purely cosmetic. 0.4.3 If your custom playermodel contains broken or invalid hitboxes, it may be removed without notice. A replacement model of equal or lesser file size will be provided. 0.4.4 In order to minimize the number of files that players need to download in order to join the server, your Custom Content will be removed from the server if you go inactive for more than 30 days. 0.4.5 If you are permanently banned from the server, your Custom Content will be removed and your purchase will be void. You can not restore it. 0.4.6 If your custom SWEP does not contain valid world and/or view models, we will use the base weapon's model instead. 0.4.7 Sound files will be cut to a maximum of three seconds and to remove clipping. Obnoxious sounds will not be added. 0.4.8 Charging back for Custom Content will result in your account being permanently banned and your purchase will be void. 0.5 ONLINE SHOP TERMS Engaging in transactions through our online shop or purchasing virtual items using payment services such as PayPal is governed by the following terms: 0.5.1 Purchase Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke any shop purchase at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and for any reason we deem appropriate. 0.5.2 Bans and Purchase Revocation: If a user is permanently banned from the community or server due to any violations of our community standards or other terms, any purchases made by the user may also be revoked without the possibility of a refund. 0.5.3 Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from our community and servers. Access may be reinstated only once the chargeback issue is resolved to our satisfaction. Refunds will not be given for any service unless granted otherwise. Reputation Reputation is given by other members & staff for being kind, helpful or posting great content. Do not mass rep someone just because you don't like them | Warning Reputation is limited to 5 per day Do not contact staff to "fix" your rep Negative reputation can also be given which subtracts from your total rep.

Warns Warnings are considered "strikes" on your account. To avoid warnings, follow our community rules & guidelines. You will receive a private message if you are warned. You will need to acknowledge this warning before you can continue to post or reply to content. 10 Warning Points = 1 week suspension from forums 20 Warning Points = 30 day suspension from forums 25 Warning Points = Permanent Ban from forums You may appeal a warning here if you feel it was issued to you in error.

General Forum Rules & Guidelines The following is not permitted on the forums & can lead to your account being suspended. Forums trashing (this means posting content that has no purpose) | Warning Bumping dead threads (start a new discussion instead) | Warning Advertising anything that is not related to Garry's Mod or the TitsRP community | Warning Shitposting (posting stupid things such as a one-word post) | Warning Racism or racist content | Warning Pornography or suggestive / inappropriate content | Warning Drama (make a player report or take it to private messages) | Warning Minimodding (use the report system instead) | Warning Rep Bombing (do not mass rep someone just because you don't like them) | Warning Do not reply to ban appeals, reports or staff applications if you are not staff or directly involved in the situation | Warning Do not make public threads that could be PMed to one person (e.g, "Johnny add me to your CC now") | See "Forums Trashing" Do not ping staff related to your ban appeal or report in the forums or Shoutbox | Warning & Denial Posting in the wrong section | Warning Do not warn other staff of the same rank. Contact an Admin Spamming ban appeals or reposting denied appeals | Warning Spamming reports or reposting denied reports | Warning Player Toxicity Toxic behavior is something done intentionally to cause mischief, drama, or harm to a community, group, or user. Toxic content may include but is not limited to: Searching out and responding negatively to only discussions that are polarizing in the community Encouraging other users to leave the server or quit their staff position Discouraging players to make bug reports & suggestions out of fear of retaliation Repeatedly having to be muted by staff or an AutoMod / Chat Moderation bot Repeatedly making comments about suicide, self-harm, or disparaging comments about sexuality, race or gender Not any one of these examples would indicate that a user is toxic and should be banned, but a combination of multiple examples or a long-term pattern of any of these examples may be a good indication. Positive content may include but is not limited to: Contributing to different topics of discussion with both positive and negative responses Encouraging users to contribute to the community Considering the effort that a one puts into a post or topic of discussion, even if you disagree Standing-up for or defending someone who is the target of toxicity or harassment Why acknowledge 'toxicity' and how will toxic users be dealt with? When a user is unable to learn from their mistakes or disregards the rules with the intention of causing drama or discourage other users from contributing in a positive way, it is no longer in the best interest of the community for them to be a part of it. Removing toxic users relieves the staff of an unnecessary burden, allowing them to help us by focusing on more important issues. If a user is repeatedly acting in a toxic way for an extended period of time, they will be removed from the community with the chance to appeal their ban after two-weeks.

Misc Rules Rules that generally don't have to be said but are here for the people who need to see them. Do not force other players to get stuck, if they can't move it's not RP Do not kill people at NPCs without an RP reason, you don't gain anything and therefore it is intentional RDM and a bannable offense If you're shot at, you're allowed to fire back even if they miss If someone failed to perform their job functions correctly (Ex: A cop let their friend have a gun without a license) you can /demote them. If they broke a rule against you (Ex: RDM) you could demote them but we highly suggest calling a sit. Contact someone before calling a /demote on them for breaking a rule against you. If you are unsure, ask for staff assistance. Intentionally lowering people's framerates with a ton of moving materials/flashing materials will have you warned and then punished Teleporting behind someone makes you KOS for the person you teleported to. Misleading adverts are not allowed, making 3 lines of random trading advert then adding a subtle (PD raid) at the end is stupid. If a staff ask you to remove it then please do so. Spawning props in public then making them no gravity before letting them fly is not allowed, it ruins some people's FPS and is dumb in general. You may request a staff member as a middleman for large (1m) transactions. This service is dependent on staff availability. Loot-boxes are considered entities and you cannot open them in a base while building or prop-blocked Macros/external programs/scripts are not allowed. The following 2 actions are allowed without adverting PD raid: Jail-breaking and Hackers hacking any of the PD panels, including the one in the Mayor's office. Anything involving breaking through a prop or a fading door is not allowed under this rule and will be considering PD raiding without an advert. If you wish to PD raid, you will still be required to call PD raid after exiting the PD entirely. You may not fight CP in self defence/party assists inside of PD unless you are raiding. Ex: Hobo is allowed to sneak in to jailbreak his friend. Once he's spotted, he can run but not attack the officer, even if attacked. If a player has been gone for 30 consecutive days from the server without prior notification, you can revoke their custom class permanent slot without being subject to the scamming rule. It is highly recommended that you record their gametracker (Recommended method is via screenshot) at the time of revocation to prevent future issues. Do not modify a job name in a way that gives you a clearly unintended roleplay advantage. (ex. Standard custom class named "Civil Projection" and using a model that looks like CP to gain entry into the Mayor's office, or Terrorist changes their job name to "Black Market Dealer", Hacker drinks a CP potion and also changes his job name to Secret Service before raiding the PD, etc.) Report someone within 2 weeks, or we will not take action, even if they Mass RDMed 99999999999 players. Reports will still be accepted for extremely serious offenses, such as things which break the law, on a case by case basis, but if we determine you held this information from the staff team for the purposes of blackmail, threats, or other similar reasons, you will receive a punishment equal to whatever we decide to do with the player you reported. Staff will not interfere with your personal loans. Give money to those you trust, or accept collateral.Â

Kidnapper Rules Rules related to jobs or custom classes that can kidnap.  Basic Description: You kidnap people and make them your slave. Raid | Heist | Megabase Alien Race can Raid and Heist if all three are together The Preacher can sky-base Kidnapping/Attempt Kidnapping people makes you KOS as you're a threat to everyone around you. Mr. Bones is not KOS when a kidnapper gets kidnapped because of him Kidnap bases may have 5 total fading doors. 2 leading to the main room, and 3 cells. Kidnap bases are bases that ONLY store kidnapped victims. If you have any other raid-able entities, then you must follow standard basing rules In order to kill your kidnap victim you must bring them to your base first. Kidnapping them in the street and when they wake up, in the street, killing them there is still RDM

Stupid Job Rules Rules related to stupid jobs such as Pissed Babies and The Abomination. Basic Description: These jobs were added in to make you lose brain cells and to feel stupid. Raid | Heist | Megabase The Abomination is AOS Minions can kill Gru on sight If Picolas Cage summons a train on a player outside of a base, it is considered a natural event (and therefore is not Mass RDM when 80 players crowd around your train for the memes). If a train is summoned inside of a base, that is considered as a raid. Since Picolas Cage is a job defined to not be permitted to raid, this means you are not allowed to continue to perform other raiding actions such as chucking C4 into their base or lockpicking, you cannot raid the base again before the normal time limit, and you cannot switch jobs in order to raid them after summoning the train. To make it simple - no summoning a train for raiding purposes Chucky: Anyone who Chucky can kos they can kos him as well. ( hobo, treasure hunter, stalker, picolas cage, minions, and master stalker) Are able to kill Chucky. Chucky and Jigsaw are at constant war, they are KOS to each other all the time

Weird Job Rules Rules related to weird jobs like sharks and crabs. Basic Description: You're super weird. You take pictures or meow at people. Do something that makes Pap233 proud. Raid | Heist | Megabase Gru is default AOS Stalkers and Master Stalkers are subject to AOS if they're caught stalking people Master Stalker can break NLR on their assigned target only Pets and Master Pets cannot own guns but they can own melee weapons Being revived by a Necromancer does not mean you can continue a heist/raid. You lost, no second chances If you are playing as a Necromancer and revive a hostile NPC, you are KOS Due to the fact that they do not have any job functions outside of their respective play areas, the Sewer Lord and Sharks (But not Crabs!) are not bound by NLR unless they are affecting a raid Sewer Lord is KOS inside sewers and dying by him inside sewers is not considered RDM

Mercenary Rules Rules related to Mercenary jobs. Basic Description: Get hired to protect or do some other task Raid | Heist | Megabase Hitmen do not need to advert accepting/competing for failing a hit The following jobs are allowed to raid their target only to carry out job functions. They may not interact with entities inside the base Hitman Bounty Hunter Master Stalker Assassin Other "mercenary" jobs

Gang Rules Rules related to jobs that operate as a group or gang. Basic Description: Join together to build a massive place and fulfill your duties Raid | Heist | Megabase The King may only create a mega-base inside the kingdom and not on the regular map The King can override the following rules within the kingdom: Propclimb, RDM, Propsurfing, Skybasing The King cannot override any of the following rules: NLR, Basing Rules, FailRP, Prop Block, anything not listed as allowed Bloods & Crips are KOS to each other. Any crossfire may still be treated as RDM Any group-operating job may assist their fellow job mates without warning if they are threatened

Hobo Rules Rules related to the Hobo job. Basic Description: You beg for money...or forcefully take it Raid | Heist | Megabase You cannot build in the streets but you can build on the sidewalk You cannot build on the sidewalk if you are not a hobo, except as CP (can build on the road/sidewalk for roadblocks or crosswalks) You may build at fountain as non-hobos given the following conditions: Must not block any NPCs, must not take up too much space, cannot be a kidnap cage (unless you're a hobo or a cultist), if you're base is complained about it will be removed if the reasoning is legitimate, and at the end of the day it is completely up to staff discretion to remove your props Your houses can have multi-layers (essentially prop-climb within your house) You can legally own guns by default but you may not raid. The Hobo Lord has the ability to megabase by himself if need be. You may NOT micspam overly sexual content, noises intended to hurt users ears(Loud music does not fall under this category), or racist/extremely hateful content. You may micspam anything as a Hobo class as long as it isn't listed as not allowed. You also may micspam as any other job if the audio played is related to the jobs/models RP. If the audio played is deemed not to be RP related and you are just looking for a way to micspam something stupid as a non hobo then you will be asked to stop. (Good examples: Playing the jaws theme as a shark, pig noises as a pig, or combine chatter as a combine soldier) (Bad example: Micspamming loud music as the job "Ear doctor" to check if everyones ears work properly)

Thief Rules Rules related to various Thief jobs. Basic Description: You steal from people and break into their bases Raid | Heist | Megabase Bank Heisters CANNOT base with the Bank Manager Killing the cop/mugger who has just fined/mugged you after you paid a fine is FailRP Killing someone to save them from being fined/arrested is FailRP You may not call a raid or PD heist while inside the building You cannot call a PD raid for the sole purpose of killing people in the lobby/preventing people from access to the lobby. If you PD raid you are there to kill the Mayor, raid the vault, or break people out of jail While you are raiding the Kingdom, you have to stay in the kingdom. Leaving the portal is considered the end of your Kingdom raid
