Hi. Welcome to the decompression chamber. So, for like the past two or three months there’s been a few notable incidents where I’ve seen some trans members of the TitsRP community being subject to abuses of various kinds. The usual, dumb kinda shit you see on Gmod or just the internet as a whole obviously, but also slurs and general player targeting. Now that Agro is finally on the chopping block and out of the staff team I feel like I can say with full, less-than-professional clarity: Fuck that guy. Fuck everyone else involved in perpetuating that behavior too. The mask has slipped enough for it to be blatantly obvious, but I wish it didn’t have to come to that point in order for something to be done about it. Some of y’all have probably more than noticed the gaslighting taking place when trans folk on the server would have their concerns/reports ignored or would become the recipient of extremely severe punishments for minor indiscretions. Bringing up incidents like these, I’ve seen people (Agro included) say that it’s an overreaction and not that important. Well, here’s where complacency brought us. I wish I could say it’ll get any better, but it won’t. That’s kinda a fact of life right now, and I’m sure y’all know it much better than I do. Regardless, I wish you all the best and I hope you’re all doing okay. Crossing our fingers, things will look better, and people will stop playing pretend like there isn’t a problem. I say it a lot, but remember to document everything. Have receipts, so that if incidents occur, no guilty party has plausible deniability. Thank you for being a part of our community, and stay safe.

he originally was just demoted w/o a ban. then it was made a perma, then it was brought up again in admin chat and simply made a 6 month ban + perma staff ban + toxicity probation where if he is hateful/toxic again he is removed. he is 15 or 16 and comm removals are meant to be full removals for very very bad people who should never be allowed back. theres not much point in perma banning him if he could realistically appeal in a year or so claiming to have changed from being a dumb kid and most likely be accepted. as for the reports there was never a report on agro for toxicity that had any substance behind it with screenshots, clips or anything - or atleast not that i saw/was aware of. he will never be staff again and if when he returns to the community he is vile to community members he'll simply be removed.

You were not scammed. You took 5 of those 11 days to actually tell me what you wanted and the past couple of days I’ve been busy working on patching a number of critical exploits. I’ll have this swapped out for you for the next reset.

This all could've been solved day 1 if staff would've looked at the evidence below...
