July 10th Changelog This changelog addresses basing rules, mega bases, public bases, and building on the streets / sidewalks. Please review the entire basing rules page because the format was completely updated with some small changes added and redundant rules removed in the process. Significant changes: [Mega Basing Rules] Mega-bases are prohibited in the following districts: district 1, district 3, district 5, and district 8 (includes the ‘Chill Zone’ but not the outer-most Island). [Public Basing Rules] If your public base is in District 1, it must have a function (restaurant, cafe, hospital, theater, etc) and not just be for aesthetics. [Base Building Rules] Do not use rapidly flashing color or strobe lights which may trigger players with epilepsy. [Base Building Rules] Do not build on the street or sidewalk in a way that limits or restricts the movement of vehicles or players, or in high-traffic areas (such as near PD)
