Posted October 6, 2018 Share Posted October 6, 2018 Your Steam Name: its cold in here Your ingame name: its cold in here Your Steam Profile/SteamID:https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198125552227/ Why were you banned?:AARDMx2-NLRx2-Harassment Why should you be unbanned?: First of all, I didnt break nlr 2 times, it was once, the case i AARDMed was once, So i was walking out of spawn, got hit, saw people shooting at somebodies car, and i figured out fuck it might as well join in, and then Peanut Slutter got out of the car and gunned everybody down, i then broke nlr and destroyed his car, this being the first time i actually directly damage him, then a sit gets called, Plutori answers, goes off of a warn from march 2017, claiming this isnt my first time, which is right, but he was going off of my first warn, then we complain for a bit, Peanut Slutter said he was okay with just a warn, then mid sentance plutori just outright bans me, now AARDMx1-NLRx1-Harrasment is all a did, but he doubled my punishment, which i think is imature, he wasnt willing to continue on the arguement and banned me for way more then i actually did, Who banned you and for how long? Secondly, even if I accept EVERYTHING you have said in this appeal... I would still ban you for 7 days. Not only are you a long-time, experienced player, but you have prior warns for everything I banned you for (Except for maybe harassment? Not sure, didn't check that one.). You damn well knew better than to harass Peanut like this. Thirdly, you NEVER disagreed during the sit that this happened over the course of 3 lives (ie, NLR x 2, ARRDM x 2). Actually, to the contrary, you fully admitted that this happened over 3 lives. Also, you didnt even contend that any of these were not RDM. Your ban reason will be edited to NLRx1 and ARRDMx1 and harassment. Your ban timer will be set at 7 days for this ban due to you knowing better. We don't allow you to shoot people "out of spite" or for "being bored." Thank you for appealing your ban and allowing us to correct any form of misinformation. Accepted.
