well, everything considered, I believe the ban is invalid, because both parties were disrespectful to each other, neither were acting reasonably, and the ban reason is incorrect, as the only offense I see is possible noncompliance, which is not listed as the ban reason, and can't be proved if neither parties has evidence to say whether donger did or did not intend to be noncompliant with the order.

 

I say, unban donger, and give majorsteam a stern talking to about staff conduct and professionalism. since this is only an appeal and not a ban I don't think major should be punished, however his behavior shouldn't go unnoticed.

Alright looking at this ban

 

The way it was about was not a good way .

 

Major was talked to about how he handle the ban he understand 

 

with this ban I’m going to be accepting it.

 

Both parties where being disrespectful and handled it bad
