So we both delivering parcels, I steal one of his parcels and run towards Industrial area and Missrolvex Shoots at me but never hits me as i was too fast for the shots, I turn around and Snipe him Killing him, i get demoted right after his death for reason: RDM, I call him out for false Demotion and Vote kick him for Reason: false demotion (As no staff were on), And he comes back and Vote kicks me for totally false reasons.

if it was an RDM as you said, I had already been punished for my Doing, (I did not RDM btw)

[This report is for the Vote kick because I believe it came out of Rage and NOT Justice, if i really RDMed him, the Demotion would've been just fine, but the guy got mad about the vote kick and not the actual "RDM"]

You get false demoted

 

You make a vote kick for the false demote.

 

Then he makes one for you because you made one for him.

Assuming there were no staff on why didn't you just gather evidence for your side of the story. If it was false there will happen mistakes and you gotta trust people to vote what they think happened. I think there can be a case made tho if you were demoted for it at first and then also votekicked for the same offense which I think wouldn't be allowed.

1)  i shot but missed and didnt get you at al cuz im a shit shot and you shot and killed me

2) wasnt a false kick as no staff were on and we can votekick when no staff from what i was told and it was dead and no staff were online and i kicked  for the rdm as it was rdm and i didnt hit him with my shots and it was  a miss it hit the parcel and or maybe the wall

3) lets not forget the harassment and  BS you were spitting when i first joined and got on my CC you were plain toxic towards to me LOL

4) got confirmation from herb that i can votekick since no staff is on and also it wasnt false kick or demote due to him rdming me i didnt hit him i hit the wall and or box if i get banned for this after i just waited 9 hours to get back on im going to laugh

 

legit this kid was spewing toxicness since i rejoined and he rdmed me than laughed about it thats cute ik you wil take sides cuz i dont have a great record on here but think of the fact that he is at fault also OwO

jacket I think you should have not used your vote kick for the reason it was not needed. You could have just got all your evidence and reported him.

So it  is in-fact not RDM since you said it yourself you were trying to shoot him but missed. And as Isaac said just because no staff are on doesn't give you the right votekick people for no reason.

remove my vip doesnt phaze me at all i got banned for 24 hours already and little boy wont see me on for 24 hours and i got banned by herb cuz i asked him to so yeah enjoy im gonna go play H1Z1
