Keja Posted August 25, 2018 Share Posted August 25, 2018 Your Steam Name: Keja Your ingame name: Keja Your Steam Profile/SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198215357719/STEAM_1:1:127545995 Why were you banned?:RRDM, Lying, Wasting 30 minutes of an admins time Why should you be unbanned?: RRDM, Lying, and Wasting an admins time Before the warrant was granted I was in the building across the street from the base. 5 seconds after the warrant was accepted, Jacket approached me and I did not retaliate for I had no reason to and was not affiliated with the base that he had the warrant on nor was I in it. He proceeded to kill me and then start his warrant on the base, my party members informed me that they were being raided so with me dying before the raid had begun, I had understanding that from the MOTD, that NLR did not apply due to me being killed before he had entered the building and the raid timer had begun. After confirming with my party members that I been killed before the raid, I went back to assist that is when I saw him in the base and proceeded to counter the raid. He then made a sit for RRDM. It was simply a misunderstanding and that's why I proceeded to take the actions that I took. I love the server and never would do anything to make the experience less enjoyable for others and have donated alot to keep it alive. Jacket proceeded to RDM keja BEFORE he had the warrant to raid us, AND keja was adjacent to our base on the other side of the street, at the time time not having ANY association with our base. Jacket simply decided to kill keja because he knew we were in a party together and didn't like us. keja was not involved with us when he as on the other side of the street, did not shoot jacket, or react to ANYTHING. Jacket simply RDMed him, and provided incorrect evidence to NuBpC that does not support his claim of keja "revenge RDMing". Keja could come to save our base from his raid, because when he died, he was killed BEFORE the warrant was placed, AND when he was killed had no involvement with us, and was not near our base at all. He was AFK watching youtube and Jacket's claims are 100% false. I personally think that jacket should be punished for providing false video evidence that does not back up his claims, and that Nubpc should be reevaluated for his position. Jacket got his warrant accepted against Mads & Touka, who you also shared a party with. You were across the street on the balcony of the base, looking over at Mads base. Afterwards, Jacket proceeded to raid and destroy the printers. He exited the base and while walking down the road, you walked up to him after returning from spawn and said something along the lines of "You are a fucking bitch Jacket" and then go ahead and kill him... I'm sorry, but in any case this was RRDM. If you felt like you were RDM'd by him beforehand, why didn't you request a sit? I made the ban the max amount of time because of how long this sit went on for, when it could have been done and over in less than 2-3 minutes. Here is the evidence: Times of importance, in chronological order; 00:14 - Acceptance of warrant request 00:19 - Initial kill on Keja, after getting the warrant approved. 01:38 - Jacket enters the base 4:44 Keja comes back up to Jacket after the raid is over, proceeds to RDM [align=center] [/align] This is a just ban, I wil let you comment again but this ban should just be a lesson. You tried defending a silly mistake that would have only been a warn, instead you pushed it to Jacket uploading evidence and we ended up spending 30+ minutes on a 2 minute sit. You are fully aware that jacket likes to bend the rules and try to skid past them without actually breaking them completely. You are also aware that jacket used snippeted video of keja just killing him. This could've been an unrelated kill for all you know, nub. Jacket clearly attempted to snippet this out to make himself look good. Jacket RDMed keja, keja was AFK and not involved in the raid, and was killed before the raid.
