Toastiestmoth Posted June 15, 2018 Share Posted June 15, 2018 Your Steam Name: Toastiestmoth Your ingame name: Toastiestmoth Your Steam Profile/SteamID: https://steamcommunity.com/id/toastiestmoth Why were you banned?: RDM Why should you be unbanned?: I killed the player Jason Bourne because he found where I was hiding all my printers, and I did not want other people finding out so I killed him to hide the evidence and he was the only witness so I had to kill him otherwise I ran the risk of other people finding out where all my printers were. He came down to where all the printers were and saw the 10+ printers that I had and I knew that there was a great possibility that he would simply kill me and take them all which I could do nothing about. I see this as I killed him in a fair way because I was role playing that I was indeed doing something illegal and to stop word getting out and for the cops to find out that I'd have to kill the only person who knew about them which was him. Toastiestmoth Posted June 15, 2018 Author Share Posted June 15, 2018 I never attacked you and they were not in a base you killed me for no reason and is just trying to make up some excuse to get away with it and plus your ban is only one day I think it's petty that you're assuming that my actual role playing is 'some excuse' for what you think is considered RDMing; whilst on a damn role playing server. It's immature and simply doesn't make sense to be able to write it off as RDM after I reasonably killed you. I play on this server every single day and love the role playing aspect of it, and when you'll just assume I'm bullshitting with you and not playing the game properly it seems stupid for a role playing server. I don't care how long the ban is; a ban is a ban and I feel as if I got banned unfairly and unreasonably for that matter, without a second thought. If he was just near them, you should have at least used the e menu or an advert to warn him. That being said it seems silly to be so adamant about keeping you banned for RDM with a false reason. If on accident usually a verbal warning would be given unless it could have obviously been avoided, in which case a warning would be issued. For example, if the offender failed to read the rules. If on purpose but had a false reason than up to a warning can be given, we all make mistakes. Is the sit where you get put in a cage? If so, in this time i explained that i killed him because he went over to my printers looked at them, then turned around with a gun aimed at me. He then replied with 'They aren't valid reasons for killing me'. After him saying this i even apologised to him for the entire situation, but was banned anyways.
