Why were you banned?:"Blocking off NPC's as a thief NITRP foul language in sit"

Why should you be unbanned?:i should be unbanned for 1. I was not blocking off the NPC's you could still use them perfectly fine and they were perfectly functional. 2. I did change my job to a hobo and he still decided to put "blocking off NPC's as a thief" I would have recorded a video but North Bear had no intent to listen to me. I decided to build around him what i was doing to the NPC's but in the middle of doing it he decided to ban me. 3. Every single NPC was visible, easy to access, and none of the props around the NPC's had been frozen. You could literally walk through them. 4. He says I had no intent to RP but yet he brings me to the admin place and starts questioning me and why I was doing it. I used "foul language" while I was talking to North, I dont get how that is such a bad thing that you have to put it in my ban. Unless you guys are some fucking christian server. 5.  I feel as if i didn't get treated correctly. The ban was false in my opinion and I just got back onto the server. Thanks for your time.

Where's the evidence? A Screen Shot of the ban screen is not sufficient evidence. If you were being mistreated for so long I do not understand why you wouldn't document that. 

 

It doesn't matter if the props are no-collided or not, if you are reported for blocking NPC then that's minging/no intent to roleplay. Also, you admitted you weren't even Hobo when you started building and finally changed to the right job after you were told to by staff. 

If North wants to respond to this Appeal then that's fine, but to me it sounds like you need to take a break to go over the server rules again..

Agreed. In order for us to understand the full story and believe your side of the story we need solid evidence. Maybe North has some SSs

Okay here we go mr "YeetNig".

 

Gary, a gangmember of mine saw you blocking off the Harvest buyer NPC with props. He told me over discord and I said make a sit for it because I dont like being called or tping over something that isnt recorded in the sits.

Someone else, a blood if I remember correctly, noticed it too and made a sit before Gary (note I was already standing there to accept the sit as soon as it would pop up). Cold Testicle instantly accepted the sit as soon as it popped up and deemed it not propblock. I immediately said what. He's blocking a NPC and is a thief building on the streets, according to cold testicle you could easilly access the npc but he was still building on the street as a thief so we got his props removed and he made himself a hobo and made some weird comments towards Cold testicle and me. Anyway off he goes and Testicle returned himself without warning him because he complied more or less.

 

Once I was at PD I got another call from discord of a person blocking off Vinny the VIP seller. Guess who, mr YeetNig again. He was making a box and a bridge to the top of the box so that people could still access the npc. At this point I asked NekoSam(head admin) to have a look at this. NekoSam immediately deleted the props and returned himself or walked off, cant remember. I went up to Neko at the cc editor and asked if I should do a sit because mr yeetnig wouldnt learn from my previous comment and quotation of the motd that you shouldnt mess with npcs.

 

Anyway I got no response so off I went towards the pd to resume my RP, but... Here mr Yeet was again, putting props around Vinny the npc again. Third time is the charm I´d say and I put him up in a sit.

Mr yeet nig starts voicechatting and using `fuck` in almost every sentence claiming he´s allowed to do this and it would not be a problem because the npcs would still be accesable. Then mr yeet nig proceeds to build on top and next to me to show what he did, kinda weird since I litterally witnessed the three times he did this.

 

Anyway at this point he had made it harder to acces the npc´s three times, used foul language towards staff member in the RP world and in a sit and started building around a staffmember so I proceeded to ban.

Ah, the old "technically not prop block" argument.

That doesn't work here. We aren't going to excuse you because you think you can make a clever argument. 

Here's our clever argument: Blocking off the NPCs in any way is not allowed. Would you like to see the rule?

DO NOT block off NPCs

There's no modifier, no argument to make. If you are told multiple times to not block off NPCs and your props are deleted by a head administrator, that should be a signal to you that...I dunno, we know this rule exists?
