What do you think the topic is? I'm discussing Zero making a meme sit, you getting banned for it, Zero coming out as it was a meme sit, then him getting banned for making a meme sit. Also, there are staff guidelines that advise on how to treat some common cases. There are set precedents for these common cases. If in the past, there was a simple warn or short ban, then other staff members should not punish with something different. This concept of precedent decisions are used in many court systems around the world. So @grape, staff members should not vary in punishment but deal out the same punishment for similar cases. (had to repost a second time) There is definetly a discussion to be had about consistency in punishment, sit conduct and punishment basis but that's not for this ban appeal. " I was just RDMed by Reiko" so I ask Reiko and he responds "because he is black". So I ban for intent rdm, not knowing they are friends in a discord. I unbanned Reiko and banned Zer0 for being a dummy. since this has sparked a discussion I will leave my thoughts on the matter. The only meme sits I consider is A.) admin 2 me or B.) hey admin how r u ::)r something along those lines. If we deny a sit such as RDM tttttttttttt, players will respond with RDMed for no reason ttttttttt. It's just their nature. Do I believe you have to be MEGA specific? No. If you include a name and what rule was broken, I accept it. It's easier to get details in the actual sit because both players can weigh in on the story. Not the staff just looking at the report. Those are my thoughts. But griffin, can you be a nice bbg and reduce it from 12 hrs, if we want to put it to perspective, rdm one of the more intense rulebreaks is 24 hrs. Is wasting ur time, or other staffs time, (1min) worth 12hrs? Man its spring break im just trying to have fun give me a chance dog, I don't mean to bring harm to titsrp its the only rp server I waste all my time on man I would just like to enjoy my weekend playing on my favorite pass time server. If you would give me a chance i'd be thankful. Whatever your choice is, is respectable.
