Reasons why you are reporting: I was going around the map as a hobo on a bike micspamming when Griffin pulls me aside asking about why I was a hobo basing, I told him that there was no rule about it left from when the rules changed so i had assumed it was gone and during North Bear's "verbal warning" I asked him to refer to the rule he was speaking about and he never responded (the "sit" was done over ooc). So Griffin goes to me and explains that sugar made it so hobos can't buy doors and therefore they cannot have a base and im like ok ill just go onto my cc and not do it since aparently sugar made it enforced. Griffin then tells me that I was warned without my knowledge, without North bear bringing me to a sit or even saying anything to me about the rule I was breaking. Griffin aparently tries to tell North Bear about taking people to sits to explain the rules they broke but North Bear responds that he is going to refuse to take me to a sit becaues he doesn't like me (reference in evidence). I understand now that I broke the rules by being a hobo and im sorry for that but again I didn't know it was enforced in code and the old rule wa removed, it's my responsibilty to know that as a player but I assumed on the wrong side I guess.

Overall saying that you won't bring me to a sit because you don't like me and will refuse to give me a fair trial is horrible and goes against the moderator guidelines which for someone who was accepted so recently he should have atleast read and understood that part.

I can attest that on multiple occasions North has seen Piklas basing as a hobo

Yeah it seems that north bear didn't make any mistakes and from the screenshots was obviously letting you know. Also the fact that your so eager to have north bear demoted(as he said) shows that your most likely just a bit upset about the warn. I'm sure if you talked it out instead of going straight to the forums, he would've most definitely been willing to remove the warn once you understand what happened. North bear is a really nice guy and a great T-Mod, I doubt that he should be demoted immediately on something as small and petty as this.

So there was no sit,  and he just told you not to do it because it is breaking a rule and it was all over ooc.  Also the screenshot of what north said being repeated has no actual proof of ot being said unless griffin can provide a screenshot of logs or chat. From my point of view I just see north not taking or making sits with you because he wants you to have a fair trial with another moderator. Also you have no evidence of the sit being made and no evidence north said these things. you don't even have evidence of north giving you this verbal warning. This "verbal warning" could also be just emphasizing upon griffins point that you can't base as a hobo. Also you take griffins word forsaying you can't base as a hobo but not Norths? All in all this just seems like a petty report with no concrete evidence. Although a biased staff is not good,  you are not going to like everyone and the best way to avoid this kind of bias is to just not associate with those people.

Conveniently ignores the part when i ask to reference the rule that says I can't base as a hobo (which you never responded to)

pming after someone tells you to take people to a sit isn't ok and you as according to admin chat are going to refuse to take me specifically to sits. bias?

Clearly if it was something I knew I wouldn't do it again and I asked you to refer as to why I couldn't do what I was ddoing to no response which I see as someone agreeing atleast passively. Not telling me about that it was in the job description (which isn't very clear) isn't following the moderator guideline ". Again to be extra clear I was never told how I was breaking the rules even when I asked so I assumed I was right in the supposed sits that took place over ooc.

When someone came to me and explained why I couldn't do it I of course complied immideatly and it won't happen again. 

If someone tells me "X is against the rules" and I can't find out why and then ask why I expect an answer since they are making a decision to punish for that reason, otherwise I will just assume that there is no reason and it was just a mistake by the staff member

You doing the same thing 3 times in 5 days is a 60% (wow maths) of breaking the same rule just to put it in perspective.

Griffin letting you go because its the first time he's seen it, doesnt mean I have to let you go. I choose to treat everyone equally and I have given you enough chances to not get warned over the same "accident". 

 

My screenshots show me pming you right before griffin told me to make a sit just to give you an indication that I was already making sure why you had recieved a warn but you were already afk on the roof of the house in the forrest.

Again I had asked why it wasn't allowed without any response, so what am i supposed to do if I can't find it and the staff member won't tell me, just take his word when he can't provide any evidence? Griffin told me about it and I tested it later on too if it was enforced in code which it is. North Bear did this completely on his own and Griffin only came to me after I actually got warned on his own adn the screenshot shows that North bear was Intentionally not going to bring me to a sit because he just didn't want me in the sit which only accomplishes 1 thing, to NOT give me a fair trial and a chance to defend myself. 

 

"Also you have no evidence of the sit being made" How am i supposed to provide evidence of a sit I wasn't apart of, wasn't made aware of until after the fact and then also told by the staff member that they just didn't want to make me aware of a sit going on at all. 

 

Your point of view might be that it's a fair trial when but the screenshots show that North Bear cares way more about his own opinions and emotions than a fair trial. I repeat "Sorry I'm not taking that advise" when asked to take both people to the sit for a fair trial

Now you are lying about the time when you send your messages, presumably to make it look like you were informing me after doing the warn itself which is still not what should have been done. You only send me messages (which I didn't see) until after Griffin tells you to take me to a sit and refuse aswell. good hindsight tho

Also do keep in mind that this takes place a few minutes AFTER I was actually warned without being told or brought to a sit.

So, Piklas makes decent points. Now I'm not being biased because I'm just understanding both sides. If North never explained that "so and so said that's a no no" which seems to be the case as I recall this yesterday when Piklas asked where the rule was stated and North had no reply. I then asked Sugar while he was on the server and he said no since you cant physically own the doors. So I hear Piklas doing it again today and I tp to him stating that sugar said its not allowed. He immediately changes and goes on with his day. I tell North that I talked to him and he listened and that he could warn him if he pleased. So North just warns him without explanation so I inform Piklas because if he would of been informed we probably wouldn't of had this report. I say to North " Bring him to sit so he doesnt make a fuss." North then says no with the message stated in evidence. So North then tries to PM him but Piklas is making the report. Piklas is a good RPer and knows the rules well. North is a good tmod and also knows the rules. I believe they are both in the wrong. North, for being stubborn and not bringing to sit that would take 30 seconds, and Piklas for being stubborn and not listening.
