(Their name and profile): griffin like the mythical bird (Griffin) http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198354045559/ Reasons why you are reporting: I was walking down the street until I saw Griffin fining a person until a kidnapper came and try to kidnap him but it failed and then Griffin killed him with a minigun as a Juggernaut then I kidnapped him and ran away and then I was doing my usual DarkRP stuff until I got warned for FailRP which was the warn for kidnapping a person and then leaving after that I was talking to Griffin until he ignored me which I told him I would talk to Tits and then I made a sit about this guy who rdmed me and rda someone else ,Kryptonite was the one who took my sit and then after that I told Kryptonite about Griffin until he told me to put this complain in the forums, Please all im asking is for you to remove my warn its that simple. All I did was disobey a rule that was not in the MOTD I guess Griffin said that to me that it isn't in the rules but they told staff about the rule about kidnapper rule that you can't run away after kidnapping someone. cordnut Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 It used to be rule, but really if your kidnapped and left on the street it's not something to warn about, if anything it allows you to be re-spawned faster because you can ask someone to kill you... Also, in an RP situation, someone can knock you out and leave you there as a lesson from a drug empire or gang. There's a lot of RP reasons someone may leave you on the side of the road or in the middle of it if your knocked out. Also if Griffin didn't take him to a sit that makes the situation worse. I can see how the warn may have been a misunderstanding or if Griffin thought it was still a rule for whatever reason, but if he didn't take you to a sit and talk to you about it to make sure you actually did learn your lesson or understand the rule in the first place, then I think he may have made a mistake there. Normally Griffin is a fantastic moderator and player on the server. I don't think Griffin should be punished at all but the warn to be removed. Not sure if my opinion matters or if I'm even supposed to help with these types of things since I'm still a trial mod but there's my opinion Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I apologize and I did bring him to a sit and explain my thinking but I had no idea that it was in MOTD in the first place. Once again I apologize and will remove the warn.
